There is a large darkish/purplish area on the scrotal skin on my left side. The thin, top layer of skin peels off easily and painlessly, revealing a red layer underneath. It's numb.

This is very important, you have to insert all needle in the teste, to reach the center of the testicle. In my case, the height of the testicle is about 0.75 inches and i have to enter the full needle (the measure of the needle is 0.32 inches).
I mean you have to be careful, you must insert the needle far of the scrotal skin, but no so far to touch the epididymis.
