You are so right and understanding. Beyond reproduction, there is no real need for a penis and testicles. However, doctors have a thing about removing them but will willingly remove a woman's uterus and ovaries. Why the double standard.

For 15 years I had an undetcted prolactinoma, a tumor that produces the hormone prolactin. (I will spare you my stock tirade on why it is called the "practice" of medicine.)
