I experienced a small period of lactation in June, when I reduced my estrogen dose prior to surgery. With so much going on, I couldn't maintain it, though.

This sounds interesting.So it is possible for a man to lactate.

Yes, But if you want a lot of milk you have to take estrogen to develop more breast than a male normally has. Also after you start to lactate if you take estrogen the lactation will stop. To keep lactation going you can't take estrogen (women are given estrogen to stop lactation after birth, if they are not going to breast feed) and you have to pump you breasts multiple times a day or the amount of milk will be reduced and you will slowly stop lactating.
