Ive called to my doctor to ask about the normal levels of testosterone for females.
That range is between 0,6 and 2,6 nmol/l and for a male is between 10 and 35 nmol/l.
Mine level is 3,9 nmol/l. So with this data I increast my androcur to 150mg daily.

Fixet, of course you can choose to increase your dosage above the recommended rate, but I suspect it won't make an valuable difference.
I suspect you'll just be passing the extra through your urine without it having any effect. Maybe I'm wrong, maybe at your age you'll get faster efficacy
at 150mg, but you don't need to rush it you know. It took many years for you to be virile; a little patience is a good thing.
You can either take or leave my advice, but I mean it well. Take care.

I think it is good to make a update again.
I am still using 100mg androcur daily. It is still working great for me. I almost do not notice any of the bad effect that can cause it. I feel much better/happier now.
Ive noticed some body changes, my body hair almost stopped growing, i don't have to shave my legs anymore. Ive lost strength, especially upper body strength.
My energy is lower, i have to work hard to do the same things(strength loss) but i don't notice much. my skin got softer, but also dryer.
As my road with the doctor/shrink. i am still on that road, but its taking time and more time. They don't really understand me.

Fixet, It appears the world is too sexual. We are expected to be strongly sexual
and even on these boards some people do not understand the ideas and the
beauty of asexuality. It's good to read your news and I think you are brave
and good in standing up not just as a Chemical Eunuch but also as someone
with strong asexual beliefs. I hope your Doctors etc... come to understand you.
You deserve good support.

I dont understand your question. My T level is 3.9 I dont have a other number, and I havent tested my T levels before I was using androcur. The normal range for a male is between the 10 and 35 T level was I told who tested me. So my T levels are more then half lower then the normal "low range" levels.
I won't suggest a girlfriend or boyfriend but if you are wired to be asexual why do you need anti androgens? I know first hand what it feels like without Testosterone and yes you will be asexual but in your case is it possible that adding testosterone and getting to a healthy level would make you sexual and "possibly" happier and healthier?

My testosterone was healthy, and i had a libido (i had to masturbate almost every day) so in your case, increasing my testosterone would be a death sentence to me. My asexuality is that i don't have sexual feeling toward other people.
Nor do i feel like a man, or a woman i am a Neutrois. That is a other reason for me to use androcur. Everything what testosterone does to me, sexdrive, masculine, etc. i hate it.
I am sorry your had a bad experience with low testosterone, but it doesn't mean i have that. I feel much better now, i wish i had it done many years ago.
I hope this explains some things to you.

Its has been a long time for an update.
I am still on 100mg Cyproteron and 10mg tamoxifen.
Today I went to see the doctor again for a blood test (liver)
Also the doctor made an appointment for a plastic surgery to see is there is something to bee done about my gynecomastie (manboobs).
I also feel some lumbs in it.

Hello Fixet.
Reading through your experience was quite helpful, and encouraging for me. It took me a long time to admit my struggle to even a single person outside of myself. I admire the courage you had to approach your doctor about it in the first place. I'm still working towards that one, myself.
How are you feeling now, after all these years? Are all the beneficial effects you noticed at first, still alive and strong? Have there been negative effects?

Feels like 7 months hehe
@thesmallone My feelings are still the same. My biggest side effect (I know off) is my gynecomastie
Other side effects like low muscle strength, I don't consider as bad side effect
