Even so, it's a better option than most. Whatever option someone wants to do, it is still incredibly foolish to do without using chemical castration first. Even if if you think you have gender issues, chemical castration helps take the fetish aspect out of your decision and let's you make a more intelligent decision.

I would agree with the advice to do a trial of chemical castration first before doing something more permanent. I have been getting a monthly shot of Depo Provera and a 100 mg tablet of Spironolactone daily for well over a year before I embarked on the vodka injections so I was quite used to minimal testosterone. I have been doing the vodka for about a year and have continued up to the present with the chemicals.

Besides. I am, sick of seeing the mis-spelled word "aptosis." It is Apoptosis.
