Even so, it's a better option than most. Whatever option someone wants to do, it is still incredibly foolish to do without using chemical castration first. I would agree with the advice to do a trial of chemical castration first before doing something more permanent. I have been getting a monthly shot of Depo Provera and a 100 mg tablet of Spironolactone daily for well over a year before I embarked on the vodka injections so I was quite used to minimal testosterone. I have been doing the vodka for about a year and have continued up to the present with the chemicals.
