I'm curious as to whether "free at last" has talked to a few dissatisified women who feel that they were "violated" by a modification proceedure that they consented to at the time. I am also curious as to if she might be one of them or if perhaps she has some other intimate knowledge of the situation. Please tell us more, free at last. Do not be shy. Some here have not chosen to be eunuchs. Perhaps we might offer some words of counsel that may be of some benefit.
It would be very difficult to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that Todd "lied" to somebody about the effects of a body modification. Regardless of what actually happened.
If he would have been more secretive about his "special" modifications then this would not have happened to him. Perhaps if he had not expounded his philosophies then he would not be being blamed.
There is simply no way that anything other than the charges that were filed can be proven. Otherwise, under the circumstances, I believe that the authorities would have filed the most serious charges possible. They would have "thrown the book" at him.

Now picture this. Suppose that you are a young prosecuting attorney.
Can you imagine your feelings as a prosecuting attorney if a beautiful young woman came into your office, broke down into tears and then described in great detail about being "restrained" while a body modification was performed that removed one of her sexual pleasure centers?
Then maybe she showed you a pictorial on a Yahoo website of this being done to a young lady by the hands of somebody with identifiable tattoos visible through latex gloves?
Now imagine that this site belonged to the same person whom she was accusing?
I mean, folks, this one's a no-brainer...I'm sorry but I believe Todd to be dead meat on this one...
