Hi. This is my first post. I am looking to find a surgeon in atlanta Georgia that will perform a bi lateral orchiectomy. I am looking in the city and been unsuccessful. I also would love to meet and talk with someone here to make me aware of the results. I am bi married and not out. Need to actually talk with someone locally. This has been my desire for a long time.

I have been corresponding for years with a fellow Eunuch who had all but about an inch of his penis amputated. Personally I find it very attractive but it's not something I would opt for myself.
