When i was chemically castrated the little cum i made was just clear liquid, not a lot of volume and rather watery.

For me at least, clearish, slippery cum is the first symptom I get of having extremely low T. I did a trial run of spiro for a few weeks before I had my surgical removal, and I thought I got fake pills until after about 2 days of taking them, I jacked off and instead of white and thick it was all just clearish and slippery.

Over time the volume reduces and reduces, after a month or two it's usually just a drop or so.

Again, this is for me, it's probably different for everyone. My running theory on why "your mileage WILL vary" is: it's not like evolution can really deal with the side effects of reproductive organ removal. Think about it.

When I start back on T, the process reverses, I think it took a few weeks before I had a somewhat normal ejaculate volume again. First week or so it was still just a drop. So far in maybe two months of T, it never got back to its original color and consistency, which for me pre-orchi was very white and very thick. Now it's like... warm maple syrup consistency and kinda translucent. Back to the same volume as before, though.

That said, I just had my first post-orchi T-test, and while I'm a rare person that TRT works great for, and I feel like a sexy rockstar, it was about... 150 ng/dL 😄

I'm also taking that stuff to stop hair loss by blocking DHT, propecia or whatever, no idea if that is involved.

Update the skin graft the doctor needed to take from the base of my penis and my scrotum has died leaving a hole the size of a quarter in my groin and I can see into my pelvis now he said he wasn't sure if it would work also got my first boner today since surgery and the skin he took has made it very painful now to have an erection I used to have loose skin I could slide over the ridge of my penis to masterbate now I can't do that anymore. I have to call the doctor in the morning and it looks like more surgery I'm going to tell him about the penis problem and see if he can fix that too.

Maybe I missed it if you mentioned it, but which doctor did you use for this? Sounds like the guy doesn't really know what he's doing...

One thing that I think many will agree with is that it is often best to get things like scrotum removal and skin grafts done by a cosmetic surgeon rather than an urologist. Urologists ultimately are trained to deal with life threatening things like cancer and so getting good cosmetic results isn't really their specialty.

The other thing is that this once again shows that castration is a relatively serious surgery. I know it seems like testicles (and scrotum) are sort of little dangly things that should be easy to snip off, it seems that the swelling, bleeding and potential for infection is quite high compared to other surgeries.

Anyway, how are you doing now?

I'm still healing and have an open wound went to the wound clinic today and had it scraped. Had pain and burning and had to go to bed and put a pillow between my legs and lay on my side with an ice pack and took Tylenol for the pain. It just burns now.

I don’t know that that’s necessarily fair or accurate. With any open wound infection is always a risk and some of them can be pretty nasty and it sounds like this was an infection that got out of control rather than a botched operation. They can happen with the best doctors in the best hospitals. Infection is going to be near the top of the list of risks for any surgery, both in likelihood of occurrence and potential negative consequences. While it certainly could be the fault of the doctor, it could have come from improperly manufactured or sanitized medical instruments, contaminated wound dressing, clothing, or bedding, improper wound aftercare, or even simple bad luck. I’m not trying to say that its Chelseyt’s fault, just that we don’t know for sure what happened.
