Your words did not offend me, and rather simply an opportunity to reflect on those issues and actions that at times we all likely fall prey to in our minds or actions can act upon with thoughtless expression whether through act, word, or even a glance that expresses that which we are thinking or believe.

Thank you for your reminder of how thoughtless and cruel we ourselves can be within a segment of society that is marginalized and scorned for expressing and exhibiting our individual uniqueness. Most important is that we become who we really are as a unique individual, so we become better rather than becoming bitter, so we don't allow ourselves to strike out at those that treat us as a stereotype rather than a unique individual expressing our true self.

As you note, this is a great forum to sort out, share, and learn about and accept ourselves and others, so we truly can allow ourselves inwardly and outwardly become the better unique person we can become, and achieve acceptance and peace within.

I truly appreciate, and have learned very much, when forum individuals have the courage to freely express their views and expriences as they write about their desires, fears, lessons and experiences learned from the questioning and sharing that goes on here.

Just in case my remark may well have offended it was never intended to do so. And thank you so much for bringing to my attention

that words really do matter. In rambling we sometimes forget that our very ramblings may be better kept to ourselves. By the nature of things

I identify to the gay community and respond with it. Many commonly consider me to be gay and by definition I guess that is the case.

Even the gay community divides itself into pigeonholes as in LGBT & Q. I've personally never understood the distinctions or differences.

Especially if and when it concerns matters of the heart. They ought to also add the E for those of us who no longer fit into the commonly

understood. Let's face it, many of us simply cannot live successfully with male or female genitalia. I consider myself a fun, thoughtful, tender and loving human being. But as life has demonstrated throughout the years we never quite see ourselves as the rest of humanity sees us. We seldom

see our faults while others are more than happy to point them out. And as is often the case revel in them. Todays political environment is such a great example of exactly that with folks vehemently speaking and violently demonstrating and rioting against any view different than their own.

It's quite telling of where mankind is going.

I am physically and mentally turned on every bit as much by a striking example of the male physique as I am by the striking example of the female physique. An exquisite example of either or both can easily get the juices flowing. So the gay community calls that bi. I call it human.

We all make attempts to blend in with our surroundings whatever they might be. It's only natural to want to feel accepted by others. So in many ways it was sure to have been the strong desire to be accepted by others that my personal evolution presents a more female appearance on the outside. I say outside because on the inside I easily identify as either. In my lifetime I have legally and socially been a husband as well as a wife.

Both a father and a mother. Enjoyed sex and sensuality in both scenarios and continue to do so.

Oh my, I am again rambling on. But in many cases that is exactly what we all need. And this forum in all its glory has given a place

to do just that and a place to let out pent up anxieties and feeling I suspect. So thank you to each and every one of you for allowing me to

be a small part of this forum. A great place!

To me the Irony in all this is the LGBT community are no different than any other group with sub groups like Religion. My group is better than your group. Simple minded humans have the need to belong to a pod as I call it. The true irony is that the gay community is not better or worse than any religious group of sub group. All Christians came from catholicism and then a King said, I don't want the minions to think they can speak to God directly rather they have to speak to God through me and King James Protestants were born. Fast forward a few hundred years and presto, the sub sect pods are now, Mormons, Baptist, 7DE, United, etc, you name it. Just one group packaging themselves in their pod as always better than your pod.

We see this in our own society. I would argue we are all Americans. Not Irish Americans, Black Americans, Mexican Americans. America is an IDEOLOGY not a country. What makes us who we are is our UNIQUE commonality of Life Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. Not you belong to the Bi, Republican Asian American of mixed decent pod. Just an America. Plain and simple. So to answer your question in MHO, is stop placing yourselves in sub micro pods and you will see we have more in common than not. I would associate more as a Libertarian in ideology and not to underplay Republicans responsibility in all this but it has been the Democratic Party that has followed its PC divisive playbook agenda since Johnson, to divide by separation. That was the start or our Republic's downfall. Separate everyone into pods. Rich vs poor. Black vs white, pick your vs. You name it they have a sub groups to place you and everyone else in. Now I know this comment is like holding the 3rd rail. Before anyone gets their nickers in a uproar, just ask yourself one question, Am I part of the HUMAN race or the dog race?

If you said Hunan, you would be correct. That was easy. wink wink

I appreciate everybody's input and opinions so long as they are somewhat correct. Of course often times correct is in the eye

of those involved in the conversation. So often we need to actually look at history.

You remarked "

" which I suspect history bears a different story. I also suspect that there may be many who take offense in that remark. When we search historic archives we definitely find catholicism came into existence around the 7th century AD so it would certainly be a stretch to say a
BiBikerFL (imported) wrote: Thu Jun 15, 2017 11:22 am ll Christians came from catholicism.

But you are still correct in that people always want to put everybody into this group or that group. Unfortunate at best.

And I love the conversation and chance to partake in it. I unfortunately spent too many years sailing singlehanded on the high seas which gave me way too much time to read way too many different books on way too many different topics. I too identify as libertarian completely as I believe my neighbor's rights end where mine begin and visa-versa. Which is probably why I was able to pursue my dreams of becoming totally eunuch in my life. Sure, there are many who will say I am not such but rather, I am some transexual, transgendor or any of many other groups.

To your point, I am human and a part of the human race. Thank you for putting it so well in your post.

Just a brief reminder: the EA is non-political. Please keep it that way.
