NO certainly not. Taking extra testosterone would cause more erections which in turn would cause the penis to reverse any shrinkage it experienced before. Eventually, after taking testosterone long term, the testes shut down, and IF you then also stop testosterone, your penis might shrink. But that is only if after some time - like the bodybuilders.

Using Androcur would stop erections quite quickly, especially if, like me, supplement it with Tamoxifen. Genital shrinkage only happens over time.
