Thanks for the update. Regarding estrogen, feminization is a slow process so it’s not like you are going to wake up one morning with big breasts. Feminization response declines with age and I doubt you would get any at all if you only took 1 or 2mg a day but that level could give you great health benefits. But avoid any synthetics and only take estradiol. You can get 2mg pills at Walmart for $4 a month.

All surgeons do, without exception. When Dr. Joson was doing mine, there were 6 nurses during operation.

It depends on what he's doing and where. Normally Orchiectomies are performed in his office with one assistant. In my case, he did it alone as she was off on Maternity leave. If someone wanted the Orchiectomy performed under a general anesthetic, that would be done in a hospital and there would be a number of people present. Anything done in the hospital which is also where he does penectomies, requires a shrink letter for the hospital.
