For me, alcohol injections have done the job. No more T production. I must take replacement anyway to avoid other problems, but I haven't found the good dosage yet.
Prostate cancer shouldn't be a problem anymore if the HRT is low enough. It's fact that castration should be regarded as a health prevention program not only for testicle cancer but also for prostate cancer.

I think this thread should close, as I have now gone down the Calcium Chloride injection route, with (hopefully) more permanent results. I was definitely getting resurgence of male signs (leaks, erections, desire to masturbate and to visit MGM websites) 6 months after my last 100hr+ ligation. I reckon that successively longer ligations had selected for the fittest cells to survive, and those included testosterone producing cells. So the method produces at best temporary diminution in T levels. It might have bandjaxed sperm production more effectively, but I had no way of judging this since I had been vasectomized in 1971.
