The personals were not a good system. They were not easy to use, and many of the profiles on there are long dead. I vote to start over, based on the improvements that have been made to the general site, I am sure that a new personals section will be amazing.

What a pleasant surprise last night when I clicked on the "Personals" tab and, voila! The, "Personals" are back. Thanks IEunuch for all your hard work. It will take a little time to adjust to it, but has much of the old system plus a few new features. Many thanks to the volunteers that maintain this site.

Yes, very nice it is up, and I like what I see. I did notice in the search function that there seems to be an error. I performed a search as follows and got a bizarre result.

I put in that I'm a eunuch looking for a male, and the results came to me as males looking for a eunuch instead. It seems the selections are reversed somehow. I would have thought that would produce a result showing all the people who self-identify as "eunuch" and self-selecting they want to see "male" would show up instead. Did I read this correctly or am I backwards somehow?

Not a huge issue or a complaint, just something I noticed.

The big thing that I would like to say to people who are going in there is to COMPLETELY fill out your profiles. People are not doing that. That issue also existed on the old one. The more detailed your profile, the easier it will be for people of like mind to find you.

One huge positive about starting over is the fact that everyone will know who is current and who is history.
