Today (oh, it was already yesterday) was one of a bad days.
First I woke up late (not late enough to be late for work), it was a battle with myself to finally get out of bed. Then I tried to do a minimal morning exercise, but quickly understood that I had almost zero energy. But the worst was that I felt like I hadn't woke up. And that stopped only in the second half of the day. Add here irritability and you get the picture. :-\
PS. I forgot to write - irritability and the lack of energy are not constant.
These things happen to me sometimes too. Not too often. How would you describe frequency of such lack of energy situations?
I understand you completely what you feel when you have absolutely no motivation to stand up and walk - Yea stand up as we can not speak about waking up.
But somehow we cope and adjust with our weaknesses.

I think that one of the sources of tiredness is a lowered levels of red blood cells that happens with lowered T-levels. It is possible rise these levels with exercise, lowered air pressure, iron rich products or tablets or use doping substances like erytropoietin that increase your red bloodcell count.
The difference is noticeable in energy levels, according to my personal experience.

This doesn't happen very often, but it happens from time to time.

This exactly lines up with my experience last year. I was craving LOTS of beef and lamb and I got winded very easily, would also not want to get up in the morning. The lack of energy is exactly why I went back on testosterone.

Ok, I gathered my thoughts and decided that I need to write this...
I woke up today in mid dream (at least it felt like in mid dream).
I had weird dreams before, but this one beats any recent that I remember.
In it I was going to have sex with a man in passive role. I woke up before the main "act". And I was really surprised. Do not know what to think of this...
I rarely had erotic dreams. And when I have one... well, I considered myself more or less heterosexual.
I am surprised.

I never seemed to be unduley tired during and after my chemical castration and orchiectomy but I did get refused when I went to donate blood. I've been doing that for years and never had an issue but now had a low hematocrit reading. I added a daily iron tablet to go along with the calcium I already took and in a few weeks my hematocrit was back to acceptable levels and I probably did have a bit more energy. And they liked my blood better!

Might a multivitamin tab each day be a solution for tiredness?

They didn't work for me when I was sans testosterone. But I did find, over time, that some of the fatigue would mitigate a bit on its own.

It is known that steroids activate redcell production. And thus tissues have much more oxygen available for use. Sportsmen use erythropoyetin which is directly stimulating redcell production. It would be interesting how use of this drug changes energy levels in eunuchs.
It would be interesting also to know redcell count before castration and after when loss of energy is felt.

I am back in this topic

. The lack of energy was probably a result of beginning cold. Now I feel much better.
It is also interesting how weather can affect the mood and energy.
