I have been wearing ladies thongs for years. I wear two pairs at once and let my testicals hang out between them, or wear a single pair and hang my penis by it. I used to just want a big dick like most guys want but lately I've realized that a small one would be better, like three inches when erect. My penis has shruck considerably from lack of sexual activity and few nocturnal erections after being on Androcur and Tamoxifen for almost 20 months but I don't really care one way or the other, given my lack of libido.
