I've not posted for a while but, the responses to this article got my "goat" as it were.

Domestic violence is domestic violence. This is a vicious sexual assault! All (alleged) assailants, should be treated the same, before the bar of justice. No matter their sex. How many on this board (and in society) have condemned sexual assaults on women? I for one, do so on a regular basis and in a VERY loud voice! This case is no different. After all, what is rape but, a brutal assault on someone's sexual organs?

Personally, I'm offended by those making of light this act of cruelty. Would those (on this board) making jokes be doing so, if the situation reported was reversed? That is, if she were breaking it off with him, and he had "cuntbusted " her, (sorry to be crude) would you people (and you know, who you are) still be making jokes? BTW, we've the same nerve endings "down there" as men do. AND it can be every bit as painful, for us to be struck in the genitals, as men. Fortunately, (for us) our nerve endings are much more difficult to kick.

My point is; sexual violence is to be condemned, no matter WHO does it. Save, for those employing it in self-defense, in a life or death circumstance.

Well it seems to me that the squeeze was not all that serious and that there was a degree of provocation. Not a major incident. Probably followed through more for the purposes of revenge than for any material damage. Might have been for the purpose of publicity in the first place. The only thing dumb is ranting against a guy who, as the article stated, was clearly not in a steady relationship with the woman, but was attacked by her later simply for not living up to her expectations of him. Sorry, but that's her fault, not his. Women do still have some responsibilities in our society, as hard as feminists and their toady lawmakers try to make sure they aren't held to them, and one of those is to refrain from physical violence.

I am sick to death with this "always blame the man" crap this culture seems so hung up on. If you want to know how reasonable your position actually is, try reversing the sexes. Imagine that it was he who went to her apartment at 4 AM and pushed his way in, arguing and shouting, only to yank on her nipples when she sought to evict him. Then see if you're still so anxious to blame the victim. In such a scenario I guarantee you a man would not only have been arrested instantly, but would likely have been tased a few times, just on general principles.

For all I know the guy could be a complete buttwipe, but the instant we start condoning violence by one sex, we tacitly condone it for both. We men have our faults, but that doesn't automatically make us blameworthy for every criminal act, and certainly not for those committed by a woman.

I just lost my whole fucking post on this issue, and boy am I pissed off...
