When I was a kid, soon after I started masturbating, the thought of someone watching me masturbate was a turn on, and I masturbated often while a friend, who had not yet hit puberty, watched.

As far as for your other questiions: it is possible to ejaculate without being erect, and an orgasm from masturbating for me was always less intense than it was from fucking.

With a man (or Eunuch with Penis) erections are just a matter of hydralics. It is what's between the ears that counts. A rubberband, a viagra or other medical assist can tremendously help the insufficient hydralics.

If you want to be penetrated (lovingly or whatever is your desire) what makes the difference what it is done with? Answer: It is better if the penetration is done by the living flesh of somebody that you care deeply about. Preferrably sexual organ, but other parts can suffice if properly used.

What makes masturbation so miserable is that there (usually ) is nobody around to help you to enjoy your orgasm.
