Food is a good thing, I have found sense I quit smoking food tastes better which is part of the reason I am now 100 lbs over weight.

Exercise OMG that's a dirty word.

I'm a wee bit overweight, not sure how much. I weigh 220 and I'm 6' 2"

On the plus side, I think I'm almost over whatever caused my severe stomach cramps.

Today was unusual. I awoke to find my keyboard and mouse non functioning hence I couldn't turn on my computer. I took a bus to buy batteries and when I got home, I put new ones in keyboard and mouse. Still, they didn't work. I took two buses to Best Buy where I bought the computer. The tech said my keyboard was working fine but said I had the batteries in backwards. I took two buses home. I tried out my keyboard & mouse again = no effect. Finally, I unplugged everything and let it reboot. After it rebooted, everything worked like normal.

The best laid plans of mice, men and senile werewolves.....

Most days are worth living but today sucks: I awoke with the intention of going grocery shopping in my old hood. I went out the door with my shopping cart but suddenly realized I had forgotten my keys & wallet and worse, had

I also realized I was locked in the backyard with no way to get out. The walls enclosing my yard were too tall to climb for an old fart of 67. I tried calling fort help but no one on the street could hear my pleads.

I finally deduced the only way out for me was to break a window to get back in. I did that but I was too big to squeeze through. Fortunately, the girl next door volunteered to crawl through my window and let me in.

I immediately called a glass place and they sent out a repair guy. He quoted me $233 to replace the double pane window. I said ok and gave him a $40 deposit. It should be fixed by tomorrow.

I next called my landlord and told him what happened. He said he'd make a duplicate key to keep in a lockbox I can hide in the back yard.

Maybe I'll go shopping tomorrow.

Glass man came, fixed my window and charged me $100 less. He said it was the 'old buzzard discount' :)
