It's 12:09 pm and Liz and Jeanette left just now for the motel. They only took a few of their things so they'll be back tomorrow to grab more of their belongings.

However, it is a beginning.

I just now called the cleanup guy hired by my realtor. He said he'd be here tomorrow morning.

Code Enforcement was a no-show again today. Unfortunately, Liz returned to grab the rest of their clothes, blankets, dvd's, etc.

I heard her on the phone telling her daughter, "once I get my ride back to the motel, there will be no reason for us to return to Mac's house".

Do you have enough cash on hand to change the locks? You only need to do it on one door if you can block the other from opening (or nail or screw it shut). You should not even open the door with one of them around.

Liz, Jeanette and Terry are gone. Monty is still around, unfortunately. I won't miss them but I'm going to miss that fridge. Hopefully, I only have to stay here a few more weeks. My realtor said he'd help me find a place.

He supposedly returns tomorrow.

Jesus, as far as the locks go, I never gave the family my keys and supposedly, I might only be there two more weeks.

I let Liz come in to take the rest of her clothes. After she left, I overheard her saying, "I'm going to fuck up this house." Technically, she already did that over the last three plus years: two broken doors, 4 broken windows, a broken overheadc light fixture, stolen furniture (6 pieces), etc.

Once she left the house, she milled around outside at 1:00 am. I called the police and reported them as trespassers. The police made them all (5) leave.

I probably haven't seen the last of her, unfortunately.

After surviving the 109 degree heat today, I started to fret about 1:45 am when my phone & internet went out. Fortunately, they returned 20 minutes later

If Google weather is accurate,it's going to be a high of 99 today, better than yesterday.

I walked to grocery to see if my SS had arrived. Nope, but it is not due till the 3rd.

Code Enforcement stopped by for a minute saying it will cost $3,000 to haul away all my trash.

The work crew, hired by my realtor, showed up and began working on removing the trash

The Realtor's work crew hauled away the bed of the motor home. They'll be back tomorrow to start hauling away trash. They warned me that the city may still come by and Red Tag the house meaning I'd have to leave. Where I would go is anyone's guess. Alas.

Funny you should mention locks. Monty wanted to get in today but I said no. He "jimmied" the backdoor deadbolt to get in. Damnit.

The inside backdoor has a knob instead of a lock. He manages to get a coathanger in to turn the knob and open the door. Grrrrrrrr.

Call the police. He doesn't live there. That's breaking and entering. If he takes anything, charge him with burglary.
