You realize that in California the eviction process takes 60 days.

When it rains, it pours. heh heh

Code Enforcement gave me a warning today. They said all of Monty's junk has to be gone from the back yard by the 26th or I'll be facing fines of $1,000 per day, per violation plus a misdemeanor citation plus a lien on my property.

I'm starting to like your lawyer,,, oh my,! Is there any protection for you under the form of elderly abuse. That's received more attention with nursing homes, or call SPCA if you can qualify as a wolf. One last item, have you figured out how to lower your Time-Warner bill? I don't have the fastest Roadrunner, I have Roadrunner light, which is a slower speed, but still much faster than dialup, do we have any dials on phones anymore? Roadrunner light in Ohio is around $25. Roadrunner continually offers $20 phone bills per month as part of a contract. I have channels 2-99, no box, no HBO OR SHOWTIME, and RoadRUnner light, my bill is $92, and no phone, otherwise $20 dollars more. Have you tried rabbit ears for the tv? My dad lived in the country, at least an hour from big cities, and his antenna tower helped him get over 25 channels when the tv systems went digital ,, from analog.. They didn't get as many channels with analog. If I had to choose between water and HBO/SHO, I would go for the basic essentials of life.

You should be turning over the code enforcement notice to your lawyer. --FLO--

My realtor, who is the son of my lawyer, called today and said several things: ( 1 ) He said a tow truck would be coming to haul away Monty's motor home. ( 2 ) Others would be showing up to start hauling away the trash in driveway and backyard. ( 3 ) He told me to tell my house guests they have to move out within days. I told them but Liz refused to move unless she gets cash. ( 4 ) He said I could stayed here a few more weeks until he finds me a new place. ( 5 ) He said he would send me a roommate to guard the property and to keep Liz et al from moving back in.

It looks like things are moving forward :)

The Realtor called today saying he can't send a cleanup crew here until all my house-guests have gone. Liz steadfastly refuses to move unless she's paid $1,500 to cover her first/last months rent elsewhere. I left a message on my realtor's answering machine. I'm awaiting his comical reply.

Hmm, I think I just fast read the last 80 pages of this topic.

I was like ready a fiction book.

But its not, I almost cannot believe your so long in this situation

Living day to day to struggle to pay electric and water, and your internet.

And then have the "joy" of your unwanted guests.

I wish you the best luck it will now work out for you.

Well, my boarders still haven't moved out. Code Enforcement returns tomorrow to toss out my boarders, possibly toss me out too - who knows. If so, I may not be online an again.

It's a Catch-22 Situation. A workman showed up to cleanup my yard but says he can't since my boarders are still here. Code Enforcement would give me an extension if the yard was partially cleaned up. Liz just threatened to destroy my computer and injure me if she has to move out.
