I called my doctor's office and explained my problem. The soonest appointment was for February 12th at 9:30am.

Get an appointment to the vets and go there. I can appointments at the vet the same day that I call.

It is really a sad rendition on life. We can get better care for the family cat than we can for ourselves. So much for Obama Care. Back in the

1960's, Dr. Dougal accepted patients first come first served basis. If I got to his office at 8AM and registered. I got in that morning and saw him. If I wanted to see a Doctor because I have the flu, I would have to wait as long as you do Wolfie. So I just keep taking Coough medicine and Cold Medicine and suffer it out. I can remember in the 1960's, my father having pneumonia and the doctor making a house call at 2AM to care for Dad.. We got better care back in the old days then we get today.

Sadly Mac a cold is from being exposed to a virus and not from being cold. There is still no cure for a cold. A treated cold lasts two weeks and an untreated cold lasts 14 days. The best thing to prevent a cold is frequent handwashing. If you touch something from someone with a cold wash your hands before you touch your nose, face or around your eyes.

Frequent hand washing requires running water. None here - alas.

Liz tried to sign up Jeanette for regular high school but she was rejected. Jeanette will be 18 in February and still lacks 250 credits to graduate. The School Board recommended Adult School and job training.
