Have my own personal experience with alcohol injections. Instead of liquid alcohol, I found best results, using a slightly larger guage needle, was the acohol gel hand sanitiser. Stays longer in the testes as it is not absorbed as quick. My results, hence the username, I now have two rubbernuts. They were progressively removed as they developed Granulomatus Orchitis - a condition where they become 'stoney', and are not producing T any longer. Please do not inject hand sanitizer into your testicles unless you do research on the subject and find that it will be relatively safe. Yes there have been some minor changes in the sizes and the firmness of the "twins". The boys aren't as large as they once were and are the size of large olives most of the time; however there are days when they seem to want to grow up again. I like'em when they're smaller as they are much harder / firmer to squeeze. Sorry if I am asking about something that has already been mentioned here - this thread is simply too long.

So, this is my question to all the connoisseurs: I would personally find it extremely inconvenient to get any alcohol jabs into my testicles, as I imagine that at least the first jabs into each testicle would be terribly painful. Has anyone already discussed here the use of anaesthetics?

just been doing my third injection now, always 1,5cc (oh, let's say a bit more) in each.

This week has been without any problem.

still don't know how many injections to do since i just want to lower my sexual desires, and not go thru castration for now... This week, it worked perfectly, but i think it's most a psychological effect.

By the way,

I didn't see any swelling, nor feel any pain in my balls for the first three injections... just a little in the abdomen.

As I have been playing with my balls (crushing, banding, torturing, ...) since a long time now, have they become insensitive? or are they nearly dead already?

Only time will tell.

A good friend of mine has injected 3 times in the last week and said that it really didn't hurt at all. He said that as long as he didn't rush it, all he felt was a slight pressure inside and just a slight discomfort in the lower abdomen. He thought it would "sting like hell" but didn't deel any different than sterile water.

I used some benzocaine gel at the injection point and never felt anything. I also used a small gauge syringe, which probably helped too. I was careful where I injected and always pulled back on the syringe plunger to make sure that I didn't hit a vessel before injecting.
