When you say every other day, how long have you been doing this every other day? And what are you injecting?

That information may be useful to determine if you're on your way.

Also, are you noticing any hardening/hard spots and/or shrinkage in your testicles?

Just over 1 month ago I injected 8ml of 70% alcohol into each of my testicles. On the day I didn't feel anything very different, but the next day both testicles swelled up a lot. I took some anti-inflammatories and antibiotics. Currently they are still a little bigger and sensitive, but without pain and testosterone levels remain the same.

hello everyone, an hour ago i had my eighth alcohol injection 96% with 1.2 ml in the right testicle. it is now 14.8 ml in total and my right testicle has shrunk to 30% during this time. I still only feel 50% hardening, the rest are still soft.

ultrasound reading . my dr. told me that my ultrasound came back as "Repeated Trauma". i played dumb and did not reply as to why .

but it was from the 9 x 3cc of everclear per nut over a few months .

testosterone down to 1.7 nmol and free testosterone down to 35.

gotta see urologist on tuesday and figure he will know what i did and yell at me or just say your balls are toast .

i have been told to keep quiet no matter what . anyone else have their ultrasound say it was from repeated trauma ?

I have been of the opinion that it is best to be honest w/ your docs, but the best approach may depend on your local doctors and their attitudes. I've haven't heard much about your area, in terms of tolerance, but what little I've heard is that things aren't to unreasonable.... If you have a TG clinic it might be worth talking to them (this the route I'm following here in the US, and not having any major issues other than things being very slow)

I figure there are some risks either way, but assuming that your doctor is at least somewhat reasonable, honesty may be more likely to get you what you want...

This is especially in light of the recently released WPATH SOC. v8, which has a chapter specifically on people wanting to do a Male -> Eunuch transition (I'd suggest downloading a copy, and reading it so that you can make reference to it if needed...)

If you don't tell him:

And he figures it out, he might hit you with a psych referral for 'self harm'

If he doesn't, he may just want to do nothing and monitor you...

He may fear cancer and want to do an inguinal removal, which is a much more involved procedure w/ more pain, longer recovery and general miserableness...

If you tell him -

You may still get a psych referral, but more likely to the local TG center instead of the loony bin... (especially if you point at the SOC...

If not he is likely to be more willing to do a simple orchiectomy rather than monitoring or treating it as likely cancer.

What I don't know is how this might effect any coverage under your insurance as I don't know your system at all.

Hi dears, i have just done the 9 th injection into my right testi, take 4 ml 96 % . Will be see the end of my right boy. . Will have see the end of my right boy. Total i have use 20 ml pur grain. I dont know if it will be enough. Regards Stefan

Update, i have done 2 ml more. Total 22 ml, my testi shrunks and feel hard. No pain. I do not know how much i need to finish, i feel some parts, smoth parts. Regards to all

after this, did you feel harder to get hard?

No, i have no erection since the 9 th injection, my left testi has no function since 10 years. So i have done alcinjection only into the right testi. My breast grows up some weeks after the 10th injection. I think i must test the level.
