As of 11:00 am this Monday, no water yet. I called the water department which said, " a payment might have been made but they haven't received it yet." They said to call the third party vendor where the payment was made.

I tried to call Green Shack Liquor Store, where the payment was made, but I couldn't find the number. When I had a car, I made my utility payments at Green Shack often.

Alas.

Alas.

At 12:05 pm, my brain finally engaged and I looked up the number of Green Shack on Google. The nice person at Green Shack said, "it takes three business days for the bill to reach the water company. Thus Wednesday would be the earliest that I might have water."

She's getting a ride to the courthouse in the morning to apologize and 'try' to rescheduele (unless they arrest her first)

Liz split for a few hours today. Albert, Jeanette's 31 year old boyfriend, wanted to go to her bedroom. I said NO WAY. Albert entered her bedroom through the bedroom window. I told him to leave. He refused, I called the police. By the time the police arrived, both were gone.

See, never a dull moment - lol

Liz and her daughter were fighting over my phone. Finally, Liz hid the phone. I had to argue with her for an hour to get my phone back - grrrrrr

At 3:00 today, I received a call from the city water department. They asked for my name, date of birth and the last four digits of my SSN. After supplying them with that data, they said my water would be turned back on tomorrow :)

Thursday will be my first shower in two very long months.
