I thought it was about time to update you all on my progress - I won't go into too much detail or timeframes incase anybody I know ever stumbles across this thread and puts 2 and 2 together... (highly unlikely I know)
So, I went to my GP with sore, hard-lumpy testicles. He sent me for an ultrasound and when he saw the results, referred me to urologist. Urologist sent me for CT scan and after seeing the results of that, he removed the most badly damaged testicle via the inguinal canal (he decided not to biopsy the other one at the same time as he felt it was very unlikely to be a different problem affecting each one). I'm left with a 10cm scar from where he took it out, and JESUS CHRIST did that hurt for a couple of weeks while it was healing up! No pain inside the scrotum from where the testicle was removed which surprised me a bit.
The hospital did tests on the removed testicle and then sent it to the regional cancer specialist center for tests - neither of them could say "Yes, it was cancer" or "No, it wasn't cancer" as the cells were so badly necrosed.
The urologist doesn't want to remove the remaining testicle if possible, so he is having regular blood tests and ultrasound scans done on it to see if there is any change in it - I've told him that it has gone from having a dull ache in it to now a constant pain and is much more tender to the touch and I'm going to try and start injecting it again, although the half of it that is still soft is very, very painful to get a needle into, whereas the half that is already hard and damaged, I can get a needle into it easily with no pain, but I can't inject anything into it!
So, good news - one testicle gone, hopefully the other one will be soon as well!
I have been there, If you can't get any in it is dead or dying over time it will just wither. to get it removed start complaining about chronic pain.

it is 96% of ethyl alcohol still good or should i look more for 100%?

As Jesus said - there is no such thing as 100% that you want near your body.
Ethyl Alcohol is always less than 100% because it absorbs water.
IF YOU FIND 100% pure alcohol, it has been made so by the addition of chemicals like benzene or carbon tetrachloride to remove the water. You want neither of those chemicals in your body. Both are poisons.

96% is the highest concentration possible using distillation. Anything higher is produced by chemical means and may contain all sorts of contaminants.
If you expose 100% alcohol to air it will absorb water (vapour) until the concentration is 96%.
96% is produced either by chemical means (BAD) or by the continued distillation of normal drinkable alcohol (GOOD), which is called grain alcohol.

Ok, I finally did it. Last night 1cc everclear each side. 30g 1/2 needle. Took about 1 minute to inject each side. Shakey, but ultimately painless. A little aching for a couple hours after, but really, less trauma than a tetnis shot. Now 15 hours later, just a little sore when touched, very manageable. Little if any swelling. Planning on repeating in 2 -3 weeks based on previous posts. I want to minimize scar tissue buildup and get them as small as possible. Only wired thing I can say is that the left shot bled a bit after removing the needle. Perhaps I hit a vein? It stopped after a few minutes, and there was no pain to indicate leaking into the scrotal area. Anyway, long time coming.......

So it has been 2 weeks since my first set of injections. Like others mostly uneventful, just a little aching. One exception, at the 8 day mark, after all the soreness went away, I suddenly had a intense pain in my right nut. It lasted around 15 minutes and then calmed down. Afterwards, that nut ached mildly for a few days, just like when first injected. My guess is perhaps a pocket of EA moved within the nut? All is fine now, and I reinjected last night 1cc each. Back to minor ache currently. I will say the second injection did produce more soreness for about 2 or 3 hours than round 1, but not unbearable as long as I did not move much. I think I may wait a little longer for round 3, it will all depend on when the ache goes away. No need to push it too fast, I have waited this long. Take my time and enjoy the ride.......

Today was a big day for me. I went to see the guy who has been doing the alcohol injections on me. We had agreed to make the castration journey last by doing one until it was pretty much toast and then start on the other. He has been injecting my right testicle and, before today's, had injected it EIGHT times with 94% alcohol. When he started with the injections, the right was a little larger than the left nut and it hung lower in the sack. Before today's injections, it was about half its original size, hung high in the sack, had MUCH less sensation, and you can feel hard bits to it.
Today, he did the 9th injection into my right nut of the 94% alcohol. He put 2.5 cc's into it. He also did the FIRST injection into my left testicle, my non-damaged one. He got 3 cc's into it. Right now, they're both swollen and aching. It's exciting knowing that both my nuts are on their way out.
How many injections do you think it will take for us to start to notice differences? What should I expect to be the first signs that the castration is working?

I have just taken the huge step and injected 95% Spirytus grain alcohol into both testicals. Some have said .50ccs is the right amount but I did .80 in each. It went in easily with very little pain, just felt like someone had kicked me lightly in the balls. I did it almost 3 hours ago and so far I feel okay. How many times is the consensus on injections and waiting time between? Thanks for everyones advice.
