Good luck Rory! You surely will want to see a urologist if your goal is to get to surgical castration.

Hey, here some quick update.

Since it is more than 18 months from the 1st injection.

I didn't injected too frequently as others.

But did experience low semen, even hot flash/difficulty to sleep for days at very early stage.

However, that is weird that now my testicles can be squeeze hard without pain, can touch a small lump in it.

Yet my semen volume is back to normal and yellowish recently.

Testicles is was soft / smaller than it used to be.

Is there any one experience the similar results out there?

After injecting alcohol into my testicles for the last 2 years, I've got to the point now where its very difficult to even get a needle in anymore and even if I do manage it, I certainly can't get any alcohol injected into them! Both balls are hard and lumpy now, so I think I've gone as far as I can with the injections so I went to see my GP today... he was quite alarmed by the state of my balls and has referred me for an ultrasound scan!

Yep keep us posted I didn't have too much luck with my GP and from what you describe about your condition I guess we are similar.

I have emptied 100ml bottle into them now.

I have had 2 ultrasounds since but urologist decided it wasn't cancer so no further action required.

Both my nuts have retracted into my abdomen and like yours small hard lumps.

You will have to blag the pain issue more than I did and sort of wince a bit during the examination.

Been here for ages, finally decided to go for it. 100ml 95% Spirytus vodka and 5ml syringes bought online, just given my balls the first injection - 2.5ml each side. No pain in right, left slightly achey, same as when I give them a good thrashing. Will try to keep up a blog to let everyone know what happens

My testicles are very similar after 11 round of injections. The ends have become hard from scar tissue is my guess. This last round the left could barely get the needle in and it only took about 1cc. Used a different entry oint with the right and was able to have 3cc injected. Right is still pretty swollen see what the effects are after it goes down. Next Dr. appointment is in December I plan to bring up the hard spots during that visit.

So I had the ultrasound scan done - after seeing the results of that, the urologist sent me for a CT scan and I am now booked in for surgery to have one testicle removed via the inguinal method and a sample taken from the other one! I tried to push for them to remove both testicles during the operation, but they don't want to do that unless absolutely medically necessary. I can only hope that when they see the state of them during the operation that they change their mind and decide to take them both out instead.
