My concern is the

1. lower abdomen pain/discomfort is sound slightly more than others & wonder what could it possible happening.

2. ytd selfchecking, there is very obvious touch pain on the spot in the balls that 'harden' happened. which didn't have any feeling for previously.

Maybe nutless2b is right, imflamation in these area. just wonder if that is healing sign or shrinking sign or just nothing much. As it was only started 2-3 weeks after the injection.

If the imflamation began sometime after injection, it could be an bacterial infection. If it persists much longer or gets worse, get it checked out.

I got a bad ifektion, my left testicle and it too was removed

No real infection, but a reaction on the ethanol. The symptoms are the same.

I know this and it wents away, but if the docs thinking it's an infect and amputate them, very good!

Except urologists were very confident about cancer, and only removed one at a time.

I was looking forward to such a fast-tract result. My right testicle was removed in the 3rd month.

But having a urologist with a "wait and see", "let's monitor" approach to delaying surgery has stretched into my 9th month. I hope my left testicle will be removed in the 11th month, after a 3rd ulterasound and additional damage inflicted. After the many years of so desiring becoming a eunuch, the small wait is well worth the short delay. I respect and accept the doctor upholding his oath to do no harm. I believe he is truly dedicated to my best health interest.

Week 11 got the CT scan of upper body, showing no cancer indications. Week 12 Urologist called confirmimg results of CT scan and submitted a surgery request. She has fertility concerns, and if I have none she recommends removal. I agree its best to remove testicles with unkown masses in them before it spreads and becomes worse. Meanwhile my testicles have been steadily losing size and become very hard. Week 13 Confirmed surgery date (first week of June) and bloodwork for surgery. the surgery had to be delayed 5 days for a physician to come back from vacation.

If the testes are removed, it will have been less than 4 months from beginning to end. Really about 3 1/2 months. Keep in mind that's with a very aggressive injection schedule to start with and I became sterile with the first injection.

OK, have been injecting now regulalrly for three months. Both testicles have hardened significantly and have shrunk to the size of a cherry. As a point of interest, just how much will they shrink.
