My recent blood test shows that my total Testosterone is 169 ng/dL, which is low, but not as low as surgical castration level.

on another site im on, there is a member that has assisted in the destruction many sets of nuts with Calcium Chloride, she recommends 2 or 3 small sets rather 1 big one, says the swelling and pain are way diminished

After the CaCl injections did you get any hard lumps? I noticed that after my CaCl injections that 1/3 of each ball became a hard lump, while the rest remained soft, but with alcohol injection this did not occur.

Did she mention how much fluid she uses per injection?

Does anyone have tips for getting over the initial squeamishness in regard to sticking a needle into the scrotum?

Surely medical professionals know how to achieve this.
Tip: wear medical rubber gloves

Never tried injecting my balls w/ anything, but it seems that it would be about the same as giving oneself injections of any sort in any body area.... Essentially it is a question of getting up the determination to do it, which isn't much help,,,
I know I found the Lupron shots to be really nervous making given that the needle is about 2" long...
It may have helped that they had me practice by 'injecting' a foam rubber block w/ an empty syringe so I at least got to get the technique down, and develop a little bit of a feel for how it felt on the pushing the needle in side.
Of course I do have an advantage of lower pain sensitivity below my injury level so I hardly feel the Lupron shot. I get a lot more pain from vaccinations and other shots into my arm which has normal feeling...
Most important is to remember to follow good practice in terms of cleaning the area and so forth...

2 or 3 smaller shots of CaCl2 is better and less swelling less painful than 1 big 1
