I gained about 20 lbs as well after I did my alcohol injections last year, and I not even close to having fully nuked my testicles yet.

One of the articles you listed mentioning having to repeat the injection in a small number of cases. Perhaps consider another dose at about 90 days?

Have you heard from any of the others that were sending you updates?

Why? This implies you think it is partially successful. Are you sure that it wasn't successful? Did you measure testosterone level? Are you sure it didn't fail? In either case it would be unwise to repeat it. But it is possible that out is partially successful. The literature shows a varied result by dose, also one paper shows a second dose being effective after first one wasn't.

I bought a testosterone test online, and should have time to take it in a couple days.

One of them is a lot smaller than the other now, and the one that isn't smaller seems to be getting better.

It seems that I have had similar results where as they are definitely smaller but appear to be rebounding in terms of texture/density. I do have less energy/strength lately so perhaps they are producing less testosterone. As far as body changes, I have actually lost a few pounds (muscle loss?) but other then that I feel fine and haven't noticed any other changes.

As far as injecting them again, I do not think I am that brave

All this shows that there is significant risk and pain involved but success is likely. I have never injected anything into my balls but treated them with multiple elastrator bands applied 2-3 times a week, and removing the bands when the scrotum pain became too intense. Testicles themselves never hurt and usually went numb along wuth the scrotum. It was a very erotic play. In the end the bands did their work and the balls atrophied and reduced in size and gradually softened over several months of bi-weekly banding. This was picked up by a urologist during prostate surgery. By that time my T levels became very low. I have had little symptoms other than that. Also gained weight and lost some muscular strength. Libido was generally unaffected. I then went on to a slow release T shot (every 3 months) which restored my physical condition regaining lost strength and became much more hairy ((( all over. Grey disappeared from my hair. All in all, the balls have shrunk to about1/2 inch in the long dimension and are getting more pulpy to the touch as if the internal structures have atrophied. I have suggested that they be removed but got nowhere with that request. Overall a better feeling of health and well being prevails. Not quite the outcome I had expected but I am happy with where I am at as a eunuch even though the appendages remain

From what site did you order your testosterone test kit? What's the URL? Does it give you the results right then or do you need to send it in to have a test run on the sample?

What kind of test did you get? The $60 test that only checks total testosterone? or the $500 one that gives all hormones and checks for balance?

Do you recommend the saliva test of the blood test?

Googling OTC testosterone test left me confused.

Saliva tests apparently confuse testosterone with weaker adrenal androgens because they're heavily converted to testosterone in the saliva glands. Hoping that's why mine came back high-ish.

I injected one of them again today, a few hours ago in fact. It hurt more than I remembered. After about 30 minutes I started feeling the onset of the extreme pain I felt last time, so I immediately took painkillers and it's calmed down now. I didn't do both because one of them has been painful to touch for the last few days (the one that isn't... repairing... I'm hoping that one is actually dying or dead already and I won't need to do that one again). Just figured I'd post about it. I feel kind of dumb for doing it again, but at the same time I think, what was I supposed to do?
