I would wait until the swelling subsides. For me, that was six or seven days between shots. I think that it depends upon the amount being injected. I was injecting 1cc or under. I found that if you rush things, you risk the chance of more discomfort because the testicles don't have enough time to recover. The higher the proof seems to speed things up, not the frequency. That and giving the alcohol enough time to fully do its job and yourself enough time to observe any progress between shots probably also reduces the amount of shots needed to accomplish your goal. I discovered that the shots are addictive so it takes some patience to not overdo it.

I would like to say that many of us who have written on this site about doing testicular alcohol injections have, for a period of time, sometimes even for several years, previously experimented with "temporary castration" to first appreciate the full effects of life with little T. I would not recommend this "easy" way to become permanently castrated before you have done a significant trial period of temporary castration to see if this is what you really want for yourself.

I have been hanging around for the last 2yrs, with a too high level of sexual thoughts.

Often thinking how one could control or lower ones sex drive?

In the end after a lot of other tries, squashing the cords with pliers or pushing needles into them I thought there has to be a better way, Things were getting out of hand.

So begin dec2009 I went to the Chemist and asked him for some Ethanol. He gave me a litre bottle but when I checked the contents I saw that it also had paraffin in it. I asked him if he had any pure ethanol as I wanted to clean out some small machinery parts, I didn’t need a litre bottle. Sure no problem and he gave me a cough mixture size bottle of 96%, cost €8.00.

I start injections using about 2ml each time on the following dates. 27, 28 29dec 01, 06Jan, 13 20Feb, 8 22mar, 15 25 Jun, 27 Jul and last 04 Aug. Over the months that followed I have lost my desire to have sex, morning erections are a thing of the past, however now I have hot flashes, 6kilos weight gain plus small breasts to name but a few. Thought its time to go and see a doctor and find out if all is still ok. Got some results in

Cholesterol 210 mg/dL

Testosterone 0.53 µg/L

Free Testo 198 ng/L

I would suppose with these not so good results that it is good that I WENT TO THE DOCTOR.

What is better is that I will be a better person and more in control of my sexual desires.

Was it the correct way? only time will tell. To anyone else out there, Try a chemical test run first if you can. Yes it does work, does it hurt, YES, are there better cheaper and less painful ways, I have not found any yet, Thanks to all for the very valuable information that is found on the site. Thanks

Did second injection to L/H teste today after 10 days as swelling had just disappeared. 1.5cc of 45percent. Interesting there was no pain during injection like I had felt before, but latter a dull ache in the groin came and disappeared completely about 6 hours latter. Testicle is now again double its previous size.

The fact that penetration with the needle was not felt I think indicates that the first injection had made some progress. So even if I do not achieve complete removal then the reoccurring pain in the left hand testicle experienced for years may disappear. Neither right nor left work anyway, see previous post, so at this stage all is going well.

One question for you. Ok so its late and I am having a hard time with the units conversion. There seems to be 3 measurement types on this page. I assume you are in the UK from the units, but it is a little odd that the lab would send the results back this way.

Free testosterone is usually a much smaller number than Testosterone level that is why it is in ng/L (or pg/ml) but testosterone is usually in mg (or ng in US)/dL.

0.53mg = 530ng/L which if you meant .53mg/dL (or 530ng/dL) is well within the normal range. For ref some labs use this as normal range [20–39 years] 270–1,080 ng/dL (9.00–37.48 nmol/L)

(I doubt, but) If you actually meant .53mg/L then in 10 liters that would be 5.3mg/dL (or 5,300ng/dL) which is way high.

Please forgive me if my math is off, please feel free to school me, as I said it's late, and I am having trouble grasping it. Did your doctor tell you that you were low T? Was he suspicious?

Shared 1-1/2cc's with each "twin" this morning and am a bit disappointed...no discomfort whatsoever! Damn I miss that dull pain feeling. Didn't have any problems with the injections...both "twins" took their shooters like the men they are for now.....
