I have no idea, in the ultrasound they did say there was some fluid build up in that testicle so I feel it could be one of two things. Either it is a bacterial infection or it may because I made the noob mistake of not taking the epididymis into account when I injected an hit it either passing through it directly of hitting it by injecting too far through the testicle itself an hitting it.

I'm afraid now to do anymore an I'm having bad luck getting into seeing a urologist to do a follow up to the ER visit.

So my dysphoria is sky high at the moment, I don't have the money for a orchi(which I have a letter to get along with SRS when I get the money) an I'm afraid this last resort of injecting may not be a good idea to continue with. FML

last year had 3 injections.....1.5 in two locations of each testicle, the first time....waited two weeks another 3 in each....another two weeks 3 in each again....and then a month later i had another 3 into the left one. there was a consistant pain in my left and right testicle cords, but im also incontinent and have uti without me knowing it, so when i asked about the pain that was there and told my new primary care doc about the problems i have in my groin area he scheduled me for the ultrasound. that was at the end of may, and he called me the same day and told me i had masses on my testicles, on each one. There is an appointment with the urologist on the 21st to see about whats up. but im on antibiotics for 3 weeks to see if it goes away.

But the reasons why i had them looking into it is because i had an er doctor tell me i should prolly have them looked at, because i was in the er back in march for a tear on my degenerated disk, and with my incontinence and chronic uti that i get that they just seem to have wanted to pay attention to, that i already had meetings with urology department, now this will tack onto those problems. So I am looking forward to hearing that they are going to be coming out soon, and with my testosterone at 297 and only being 31 it should give them a clearer picture that there is something wrong down there, despite having the masses clear. but one of the 9 mri that i have had over the last 3 months did come back saying that i also have some sort of growth on the inside of the penis which could be a variation on normal penis because of just genetics...so we will see...maybe i will luck out and get it all removed down there. but it would take away from the chance for me to be able to play with my subincision.....

anyway the point i have to make is this the shots are no walk in the park, but if i have to say get a shot there again or deal with this constant pain im always in because of my legs and nerve problems...id take the shots....at least this near year of them shrinking up has been a good one, where my mood despite my lack of testosterone has been pretty darn good, its the pain problems i deal with in other areas will hopefully move them to make it so i can go back to days without pain medication and muscle relaxers to sleep. i hope to post soon that they have been officially excised from their resting place and are in some furnace somewhere never to darken my scrotum again...best of luck to those who would do these things...to those things.

I injecting today, for the first time 2 ml of 96% alcohol in each of my nut

A couple of hours of discomfort in the abdomen, then the pain. Six hours after I took paracetamol, helped quickly.

After one day, the nuts are more or less sensitive. something is happening there.

Six days after injection, the nuts just a little bit swollen. They feel different, but no pain.

I would like to do for a second, now a little more maybe 3 ml. I do not hurry, I'll do it next Monday.

I think that there are no more turning back.

Another batch went on Saturday, 2.5 ml each nut.

The injection is now hurt a lot, but not the pain that day.

Yesterday balls really sensitive as well as now and also swollen and hard.

How are you doing now.

It is difficult to see for yourself how many nuts are swollen.

I liked it how it felt to hold the balls in my hand when I woke up in the morning.

Like two raw plum. Do not feel any more the testicles.

I want to be a eunuch.

The third injection, now in 3 ml of each of the nut. Goes more easily when I used more time.
