It is quite the shame that MtE men have to go through this kind of danger. Thank you @jcat for your experience, strength and hope. I agree that only a doctor should do a castration. Luckily more and more doctors are recognizing that it is more harm to not do the surgery.

I agree. Since I've realized that I'm actually a transgender woman, I will likely have no trouble getting sex reassignment surgery and female hormones. It isn't fair that eunuch is not also an option.

There are surgeons in the US who will do MtE surgery or even MtN surgery. I'm not a big fan of posting links. But if you search on the google machine for:

davis plastic surgery nullification

you should find one of them. Their description of the surgery is very detailed. He follows the guidelines and does require therapists' letters but only two and they can recommend a therapist.

But the problem is that not everybody can afford to Travel abroad and have surgery, you probably know from my Username alone that I am from the Isle of Man. A round trip from the UK to another country would cost as little as £400, but here prices can easily rack up to over a grand since the Isle of Man is shite. It would cost £5k if I went to the States to get an orchiectomy, or more money than I am going to see in my shortened life span. Thankfully free healthcare does have its perks, damaging the testicle with a single calcium chloride injection may kill me but it is certainly better than other options. Before I came here on this forum, I was considering using sodium hypochloride which would apparently give me lead poisoning and would kill me very quickly where as calcium chloride the worst case scenario is sepsis which if treated quickly is nothing burger.

My point is, my after care plan is going to be constant checkups with the doctors, a prescription of antibiotics, painkillers, and A&E on quick dial in case things turn south. In the end, £10 for a calcium chloride solution is far more realistically obtainable than me going the legit route and unlocking the safe castration ending. As a trans person, living as a man is simply too painful for more and chemical castration isn't enough to satiate my needs for alleviating for gender issues since the gross fleshy mass I call a body part is still attached to my body destroying it slowly like a parasite. I am going through with this since I have no other choice not to. Even if things go horribly wrong and I lose my life, I still win in one regard; I won't have to life as a man anymore. And a win like that is still a win in my book.

This is my experience. WARNING: you might not get the same results. It is a very risky path.

i did multiple shots of CaCl2 spaced a few months apart over a year time. Each time i used used 29G needle (very important for solution not to leak inside scrotum), 1mL in each testicle, CaCl2 solution made from Ball Pickle Crisp. I did pushed the limit with the number of shots. Probably two good shots is enough. First time I got tested was about 3 mo after i started, and my T had dropped to about 150 ng/dL. After 3rd shot it was under 100 ng/dL. Two ultrasounds later and one MRI, i got bilateral orchiectomy in June 2020. You do need an end game, seeing an urologist that will conclude the testicles need to be removed. I have been castrated for half a year and love it.

After waiting 10 months I finally did it as of 15 mins

This morning the pain has been much more prominent I would say a 4 occasionally reaching a 6. They are still very hard to the touch. I am just glad I am in my way now its time to sit back and wait.

After a failed castration attempt, getting as far as cutting open the scrotum. I want to try injecting CaCl2, my problem is that I have overly sensitive parts and can only get hold of 25 gauge 1 inch needles. They are literally like a dart, how can I overcome the pain or anxiety of injecting? I did a test run of sticking an empty needle into that area, and it either is like a dull ache or hurts like holy hell. How do I find the right place to inject? I want this doing, but I can't do it myself.

and swollen. Pain is still not too bad unless I directly touch them, going to the bathroom and cleaning myself was the worst experience I've had yet. They do have moments of pain but again pretty manageable with over the counter pain meds. Since this is day three I feel the worst is behind me looking forward to the next part of the journey waiting another month to see what happens and then look for a doctor to have them removed
