With Righty, I get the needle in with no problems, can inject a full 1.5ml with no problems, have very little (if any) pain afterwards, and am able to do the same again just a couple of days later! With Lefty, it hurts as soon as the needle starts going in, it really hurts when I start injecting, it hurts for days afterwards and takes a long time to recover and be ready for the next go! I'm aiming for the same sort of spot on each side, so I can't understand why one is so comfortable to do, yet the other is so uncomfortable?

@The_Skin_Mechanic (http://forums.eunuch.org/member.php?911 ... n_Mechanic) From my experience, a 48 hour gap is not enough. I needed 3-7 days. WE are all different and therefore it is difficult to cast anything in stone.

Have you ever had orchitis or a cyst in your left testicle? A cysts could make injecting more difficult, You could try injecting from a different angle/place.

Ideally using a long needle you should be able to inject evenly from pole to pol spreading the fluid to cause maximum damage.

If you are using short insulin needles you are going to have to inject all overe the place, rather like a sea mine to ensure you get coverage.

Maybe the left has some damage and atrophy already from something you didn't even realize. With calcium chloride I had totally different results with the first injection.

I need some advice/help, I resumed alcohol injections the other night after a year of not doing it, I got some 150 proof everclear from the local liquor store an injected 3cc of it into my right testicle. Now here's what I'm terrified about, the testicle swelled up 10x it's normal size an it really hasn't gone down in nearly 48hrs, when I injected a year ago I used 80 proof vodka an the swelling occurred within a few hours an didn't last very long.

I'm terrified now that I may have epididymitis which from what I've read can possibly be permanent, should I go to the ER? Or will the swelling subside with time.

could be an hydrocele, epydidimitis usually cause a bad pain, wait a day more If the swelling do not subside go to a doctor.

Will do, thanks. also I should note that this morning I woke up with bad nausea an a pain in my lower abdomen.

Blood pressure is higher in the left testicle which is why it's more common to have issues like a hydrocele in lefty. Could explain your variations between them.

Update: Broke down an went to the ER last night because I developed a bad fever and migraine along with the nausea, vomiting an severe pain in my lower abdomen an back. They did a ultrasound an found what looks to be a abscess in the left testicle an I have epididymitis in the right. I hav

Bacterial infection, perhaps? Keep on top of that! I once had a case of that which took to going everywhere, and it took months to get rid of.

lier I've done injections in the past without a problem.

this and other DIY methods are not exempt from risks, I had to go to the DR a couplle of times and one almost step the ER.. I´m glad that you have gone for medical help. I hope you recover soon.
