After having no results with the needle stirring castration method that is popular on reddit, I decided to try chemical castration. I decided to try hypertonic saline after seeing the studies done on animals. I mixed 2 parts 120 proof everclear with 1 part distilled water so that more salt could dissolve. I added two teaspoons of pure sodium chloride to make sure it was saturated, and then filtered it to remove any undissolved salt. I let it sit in a clean, airtight container for a while so that any bacteria would die. I injected it into my left testicle with a 1" 21ga syringe and needle, since the right one bled a fair bit every time I pricked it. Injecting more than 0.01mL (not a typo) in a second would cause a 3 or so in terms of pain, lasting for 20-30 seconds, and 0.05mL in 5 seconds would be a 6 or 7, lasting for a minute. I'm not sure why the pain was that bad, but I just took it slowly by only tapping the syringe. 1mL took 30 minutes or so for me to inject. It's been two days now and I've only experienced minor 0-2 pain and tenderness since the injection. The only noticeable effect besides pain has been a minor headache, but that could be a coincidence. I'll keep you updated if anything changes.

Honestly I doubt the amount injected will lead to much. As one who's first attempt at Calcium Chloride was also a low dose. They're still somewhat functional. Also I'm pretty sure sodium isn't anywhere near as good as the standard Calcium Chloride. Especially considering the whole point of Calcium Chloride castrations was for a cheap option for developing country's.

I was doing 0.80 to 1ml per testicle CaCl2, 4 shots over a period of almost two years. Very important that I used a very small gauge needle, like 29ga, and i had no leakage. In the end they were completly destroyed. Others had results with one shot. After two years my T levels were 70-100. End result: 2020 i have been castrated since my urologist recommended orchiectomy as the only option for me.

Does anyone know where you're meant to inject, and at what angle e.g. dead centre or through the length of if (apologies for lack of terminology)? Also, this is interesting and seemed appropriate for this thread:

I highly recommend you do not inject anything directly into your testicles. I know it is frustration personified to want a physical castration and to have a difficult time obtaining one. Nevertheless, injecting anything directly into the testicles can be very dangerous.

Has anyone tryed doing a mixture of saline solution and alcohol?

I will be doing an intratesticular ethanol 180 proof + 33% calcium chloride injection starting the new year.
i heard that an injection that has ethanol in it is less painful than calcium chloride on its own.
i plan to inject .8 ml into the testicular capsule, hopefully it wouldn't be too intolerable.
will a 25 gauge 1 inch needle be enough for this to work? Thank you.

anything injected into testicles is painful and risky, you need a needle long enough to reach the middle point of the testicles, remember that an intact and mature adult testicle, has several layers and other estructures like spermatic chord and epididimus

I second Frida's caution. There are some really good descriptions in this thread of injection protocols adapted from veterinary procedures to sterilize dogs that explain how it is done properly. If you haven't read them, don't just inject or you could cause a lot of severe pain, possibly requiring a trip to the ER. I'm experienced in sterile techniques and human anatomy and experienced only minimal pain and a great reduction in T from permanent testicular damage.

I did inject but I read a lot and was very careful , I got the job done but it was my desperation to be castrated . I recommend a doctor if you can get one
