Started my first Ethanol injections today!

Had 3 ml in each testicles! It hurts while injecting the first ml but

now it is ok! They swelled up a little but dont hurt! Hope the alcohol is doing

his work!

It isn't DENATURED ethanol is it? It is illegal in the U.S. To sell ethanol in the U.S. without either taxing it as drinking alcohol or DENATURING it which means it's poisoned to keep you from drinking it.

Itis drinking alkohol ! In germany you can buy it at Amazon ��! Well i had a great night ! Balls feel a little bit swollen but dont hurt! Will wait one week to continue! Hoping that the average period of 10 injektions will work on my nuts ! So that i can go in Dezember to the urologist to get them removed!

I have been reading the whole thread, took note of all the tips, methods, and of course the safety warnings. A few weeks ago I purchased a bottle of Global brand 94% alcohol (Canadian equivalent of Everclear) and I've been injecting my testicles about 10 times over the last 3 months. Aside from temporary important tenderness from the right testicle, now resolved, everything went well. I've been experiencing hot flashes, loss of concentration, temporary mood swings and a decrease of libido. Not to mention my balls are now partly hard and lumpy and partly numb, with no notoceable shrinking.

I mentionned these symptoms to my PCP, who started investigation of possible testosterone deficiency. So I had my testosterone checked, and despite a small decrease, my total testosterone is within the normal values. An ultrasound revealed heterogeneous testes, with calcifications, the blood flow is good, apparently the lumps don't look like tumors so the radiologist was not worried and ordered another ultrasound in two months to make sure there's really no tumors growing in there.

After a month-long hiatus, I've resumed the injections. Tonight I injected 1cc into each teste. I was surprised I could inject more than 0,1cc in the right one, as I've been unable to the last time due to the tenderness. I hope the radiologist wil be more concerned next time he looks at my balls. Enough to ask an urologist's advice. Whom will hopefully recommend bilateral radical orchiectomy.

Bit of an update. Probably this is balls #15 or something. Since I last reported here on my alcohol injections, I have done one more several months ago. This as quite difficult as my technique had become unpractised. There's been some developments. Previously I had no longer term after effects that I could recognise other than smaller and harder but possibly still working nuts. My blood tests show low testosterone within the female range so there's a good chance they are not working any more which is all good. Now, I seem to have pain on either side of my cock which is the inguinal area. My balls feel like they've been kicked and this has been going on for some time. I think in the last injection, I damaged the ball covering or possibly the cords which would explain the pain in the inguinal area. I am now on the verge of becoming confident they are dead enough to move to the next stage of visiting my GP to complain about testicular pain or pain in that general area. The theory I have is that cord pain is mostly positive since this could lead to the wrong diagnosis (I hope) of something nasty (like cancer). I have noted in the literature that alcohol injections will lead to calcium deposits being detected and this is an indicator of things being bad. Hopefully this will lead to an ultrasound, seeing a urologist and quick removal. The bad news is if they think it's testicular cancer, they will do the inguinal removal (as the cancer cells could travel up the cords to the kidneys). Such a procedure could lead to scarring in that area and a longer recovery. I have no issues otherwise whatsoever and continue with my estrogen. I really need those balls gone as they are not helping me in my transition. I am considering going to Thailand for removal and I have contacted a couple of surgeons who will do it without paperwork.

Are you planning scrotal reduction? If not, there's probably no good reason to avoid an inguinal removal; the consensus here seems to be that they actually heal faster and cleaner.

HOLY SHIT! I've just done it - just given myself my first injection! I'm absolutely buzzing, not just because I got a huge sexual kick out of doing it (which I wasn't expecting!), but because I've just taken the first step towards getting my balls gone!

Thank you so much for this thread for giving me the knowledge and confidence to do this - having read it through so many times, I knew exactly what to do.. everything went to plan, no pain putting the needle in (just a huge rush from doing so!) and only a not-unpleasant feeling of fullness as I slowly injected the full 1.5ml of alcohol (I used Balkan 176 vodka - at 88%, it's the strongest stuff that's easily available online in the UK)

It's now an hour since I did it, and although it feels like someone has got hold of my right ball (I only did the one this first time) and is squeezing it HARD, it's not hurting as such, just a dull ache. It's swollen up quite substantially - feels funny to have one ball that's so much bigger than the other one! Think I'm going to lie down for am hour or two, see how I feel when I wake up... if no problems in the next day or two, then I'll do the same to the left ball!

Will update my progress on here if that's OK?

So, my first injection (1.5ml into Righty) was on Saturday afternoon - it went well and I felt absolutely fine the next day, so decided to give Lefty a shot that night. Did everything the same, but as soon as I put the needle in, I felt some pain. Took it out and tried again in a slightly different spot... was better, but still painful. No blood when I did the drawback, so I slowly started injecting... MUCH more painful than when I did Righty. I got 1ml in and then had to stop as I could feel myself going light-headed and didn't want to pass out! Much more uncomfortable afterwards, I was glad it was late on so I could go to bed and sleep it off!

Monday and Tuesday were spent with Lefty gradually recovering, then an early finish from work on Wednesday offered an unexpected timeslot with no kids around (I had been planning on waiting until the weekend for round 2) Righty was in the mood for getting drunk again, but I decided not to push my luck with Lefty.

Did things slightly differently this time and tied my cock and balls up before I did the injection - I found it much easier this way than trying to hold the ball in place, and you have the advantage that with the ball tied up, you can clearly see where all the veins are, so it is much easier to avoid them. Again, I got a massive hard on as I was doing it - guess that's something that won't be happening for too much longer! - and Righty took 1.5ml with no problems. I did get a spot of blood as I took the needle out, possibly due to the ball being under pressure as it was tied up? Same feeling of fullness afterwards, it's almost pleasurable in a way, and a couple of painkillers got me through the rest of the day feeling OK.

It's now Thursday night and Lefty has fully recovered from his hangover and Righty also feels fine - I will try to resist the temptation to get them drunk again too soon though as I know it's important not to rush it and to let them have plenty of recovery time between shots... I can see
