hloride or alcohol injections
to make any factual determination as to the future risk.

From reading many postings the past few years, I thought one "advantage" going the calcium chloride route is it has been successful in as little as one dose in destroying the testicles. Two doses seems to be al most a certainty

to leave the recipient a complete and permanent eunuch.

CALCIUM CHLORIDE INJECTION

Just don't go there I have friends on a chat room that it went badly and experienced much physical pain from it. Yes they did end up eunuchs but they suffered greatly it wasn't the quick painless solution for them.

You are right, I am not advocating injections as a "good method for castration. It has been a painful experience for many based on other members comments over the years. I understand that leakage and other problems can cause very painful results even if eventually successful. My comment was meant to try and differentiate between one or two calcium chloride injections vs many weekly, bi weekly alcohol injections. My comments are only intended to simulate discussion and obtain feedback from those who have experienced different forms of injections to achieve their goal of castration and becoming a eunuch.

To add I used straight calcium chloride for cheese, came as a liquid and did two injections. First hurt real bad for a few weeks. Second time a few months latter was excruciatingly painful and lasted much longer. Got hard spots on the testicles but their still alive.

I also did two burdizzo attempts a few months after the last calcium chloride injection. First for 30 minutes second for an hour and 30 minutes. And they're still fine. Debating at the moment how to proceed

Last week i had my bilateral radical inguinal orchiectomy. I am sore, swollen, but otherwise happy and recovering well! CaCl2 has been a very risky path for me. I am glad is over.

I had a great experience with CaCl2 injections, but then I have considerable experience with sterile injections and followed a procedure used to sterilize dogs. If you miss getting the injection into the testicles or get infected it can be very painful. My T level has stabilized around 130 ng/dl, which is way below the lower end of the normal range, but not castrate. Seems like a good range for me. I have seen an endocrinologist and a urologist, both of whom know my whole story. The urologist didn't see any reason to remove what's left and I asked specifically about cancer risk. The endocrinologist accepts that I don't want normal T and is monitoring bone and mental health. Both listened well and were non judgemental.

Two months later and i am feeling great without my balls. yes, CaCl2 is a very risky path. In my case there was no leackage as I always used 30G needles. The salt completly destroyed my testicles and orchiectomy was the only conclusion left for my doctors.

Did the doctors ever figure out what caused it? Did you tell them?

In my case it was a five year long process. Started with infection from an alcohol shot in both testicles. After that, they always thought it was a massive orchitis that will damage my testicles over time. I continued with cacl2 shots. Every year my testicles were smaller and more damaged till i started complaining of pain and they decided to remove them. On pathology they show up as calcified tissue, completly dead, a consequence of orchitis or bacterial infection.
