Actually, to get technical, a testicle is an ellipsoid. The formula for the volume of an ellipsoid is:

V = 4/3(πlhw) π = pi, l = length, h = height, w = width.

I know the formula for ellipsoid, and sure they may shrink differently in each dimension but the point is still the same -- the size reduction measured in the medical papers is by volume and that means that much less noticeable changes in the actual dimensions. I think most people would expect that shrinking to 50%.requires them to look half as big, but visually it won't be as obvious.

I wanted to clarify that so those watching their balls shrink won't think it isn't working due to over expectations.

Before my injection my testicles were bigger (10cm long, etc.) but I'll use my current measurements since my testicles were very large before. Each of my testicles are now 6 cm "long" by 4.5 cm "wide". From an ellipsoid point of view, the radial dimensions would be half of those so 3cm x 2.25 cm x 2.25 cm. The volume of an ellipsoid is (4/3)*pi*a*b*c which in my case works out to 64 cubic cm per testicle.

The papers talk about testicle volume as combo of both testicles, so that means my testicle volume is 128cc.

Now the only question is how volume and weight relate. 1cc of water is 1 g. But we're talking organ meat here. However, water is actually quite dense and if you look up density of meat it looks like it is within 10% up or down from water depending on type. I think it is safe to say that 1g meat is approximately 1cc of meat.

Anyway, as far as I can see my testicles are as big as the biggest goat in the study. I think that makes sense because even though goats can be pretty well endowed, these were baby, miniature goats (average weight 8kg).

They actually used 2ml of CaCl per testicle. So if my math is right, then a 2cc dose isn't unreasonable for humans. My testicles might be a bit bigger than normal, and we know now that it is painful especially if the solution leaks into the scrotum, so smaller dose is entirely a good way to go. But just wanted to let people know that the 2cc suggestion originally may not have been entirely off base.

The real trick in the dosing is that they actually describe the dose based on the amount of CaCl dissolved, rather than the concentration. For example, in the dog studies some of them use the same amount of CaCl but in smaller amount of liquid. So a smaller amount of higher concentration or a greater amount of lower concentration are both reasonable, but you want to avoid a large amount of a high concentration.

I see one problem here. The average human testicle is from 14-35 cubic centimeter. So if we say 25cm3 that gives 50cm3 total for both. Less than half of yours. And this is yours after it has shrunk by half. So your testicles might have been 4-6 times larger than normal originally.

If that is the case, others could get simular results to yours by using 1/5th of your dose. That is 0.2ml...

Just a quick update and I gotta go! Swelling is completely gone after three weeks and I am only getting slight discomfort in the form of a dull ache at night. During the day everything seems to be fine. Erections are almost non existent and I do get occasional night sweats. In terms of size I would say that both have shrank approximately 30%. Anyhow, I've been down with a really bad case of the flu this past week and am just starting to get my strength back. It has actually been going around the local area and many of our friends have been sick for days and complaining of horrible body aches, awful night sweats, weakness, cramps, etc, etc. Unfortunately, given the variety of symptoms, it has been difficult for me to to determine what was caused by the flu and what by low testosterone. Aside from increased night sweats, the skin on my entire back felt like it was in a hyper-sensitive state and the sensation lasted for approx two days. I have also had intermittent sharp muscle pains in different areas (left front thigh muscle, right wrist) which really seem totally out of place. Could be flu related or T related, I'm not sure?

Overall, my testicles still seem to be about 30% smaller and not very pliable. In terms of discomfort, just the right side is a bit sensitive now around the area where the cords connect. I did have a night erection a couple of days back but still find it difficult to maintain one for any extended period of time. I'm now wondering how long it takes to notice any changes in muscle mass, strength, etc? I do feel a bit more fatigued and my skin feels a bit softer lately, but that seems to be about it. Oh well, that's all until next week!

Hope you are feeling better soon. I have had similar flu and many friends and relatives too. I had similar symptoms to you and I have not injected anything. I am sure you will get a much cleare picture when the flu goes.

Nothing new for me, except yesterday one of them was painful to touch, and still is for some reason. It's the larger of the two.

Your private mail box is filled. 1) you have to which how much you eat as you no longer have testosterone to help burn off the calories. 2) I would suggest purchasing an memory card just for the documenting and keep it separate from the camera. If the photos which were deleted have not been over written you can recover them and move them to the new card. 3)Keeping of the weight will slow the formation of breasts (only a mater of time without any HRT or estrogen blockers) as fat cells make estrogen.
