Testicles were still swollen but not soar. Did another 4 or 5 ml on each.... some pain during due to pressure but none at all after a couple of minutes. Maybe two pain killer tabs helped.

I have now injected 1cc Everclear into each testicle each of the last 3 weeks. There is a bit of pain when piercing each testicle, but almost no real pain after injection. The right seems to be a bit more painful that the left. I'm hoping to shrink them both down.

I thought I would add that I recently went back to injecting (Everclear) after 2 years of not. I have recently upped the amount of Androgel I have been using which of course equals being more horny. That of course equals wanting to do in my balls. So since I injected 2 ML into the larger right ball I thought I would post. I first posted to this thread way back on page 43. I suspect that the number of injections, the amount if each injection, and each person&is anatomy will determine when and if blood flow in the testes ceases to result in clinically dead testes. In my case I got an infection in my testes I suspect as a result of the injections, so the urologist suspects that is why my nuts are dead. That may be true, or they may be dead from the Everclear injections , or due to the effects of both. In any event I have not asked yet for them to be removed and the urologist did not suggest that they need to be removed . But after a low T reading from a blood test he prescribed a testosterone supplement . I tinkered around with that for awhile, different doses , stopping it, starting it again, etc.

What I found was that while on a full and higher dose I craved castration again but while not using it I had no desire to be castrated. So my conclusion is that my normal testosterone production has been the trigger that has caused me to crave castration. I can only surmise that this is one of nature's mysteries.

I can only add to Nullorchis' comments above that I feel exactly the same way. As soon as I add more T, I fantasize about doing more nasty things to my cock and balls. I have been trying to figure out why am so inclined. The only answer I have been able to come up with is - I have a small penis and therefore since I can not make it bigger I would rather make it smaller. When I cut back on the T I have no interest in re-arranging my junk. It only when I get horny that I want to nasty things to my crotch. I guess this might truly be an answer for all those unfortunately soles who get off on doing nasty things to others, which is some form of castration, real or chemically induced. if i go to the emergency at my local hospital and lie and tell them i injected alcohol into my nuts and say that it hurts like hell and i'm ready to pass out(fake it like i'm in pain), will they remove them surgically?

will they do some tests and figure out i'm lying? i don't even care if they lock me up for a month thinking i'm crazy for doing self harm, as long as they believe my story and think it's life threatening and remove them.

after a painful injection, i'd rather try this method before continuing the injections.

Don't. If you walk in and tell them you injected they will most likely "observe" you in the psych ward. It will not be considered life threatening (it isn't). What will get action is severely damaged testicles that they can feel and see are damaged. Then they will act. Damage them, then innocently say "what happened?"

My doctor does not feel my testicles need to be removed even though they are dead from injections of vodka. The only way I can find relief from wanting to be castrated and have my penis removed is to not use testosterone. I still have those cravings to cut things off but not nearly as strong as when I am on T.

I got this idea because I've read somewhere in this thread that one guy injected too much and his testicle became the size of an apple, so he went to emergency and yes they locked him up but they also quickly removed both nuts.

Just wondering if maybe i could cheat and get a short cut somehow.... man i have a phobia of needles, my first injection i almost passed out from hyperventilation and panic attack.

What will happen if let's say after 10 injections of 1cc everclear i go the doc and tell him exactly what i did?

Will he refuse to treat me even though my nuts will be small, hard and numb? Will he call the police on me?

If you do 10 injections and your nuts turn small and hard and present to the doctor like that, he (or she) should suggest removal following the normal scrotal ultrasound. Timing is important and you do want to see the doc and have the ultrasound when they are small and hard. They will likely try to recover. Mine did and by the time I had the ultrasound the results indicated they were perfectly normal even though I could still feel some hard areas.

Under no circumstance should you tell the doctor what you did unless you want to be "evaluated" and that would likely suggest to the doctor that with proper mental help you can keep your nuts and live a "normal" life.

Give the alcohol a try for a while. It does not work well for everybody. Alcohol is less painful than the calcium chloride for most people, although probably not as effective.

Try not to have a fear of the needle. Tell yourself that it really does not hurt. The first couple of times are often the most painful.
