There was a light (that's 1/2 inch) coating of snow on the lawns this morning. And it was cold last night.

So that's the weather report.

Notice how thrilled I am. (sarcasm)

I didn't panic for 24 inches of snow when it happened years ago.

a half an inch or maybe an inch is nothing. I laugh.

You have to go north of Beaver Falls PA or Butler PA to be in the snowbelt

I live about the same distance south of Pittsburgh as Washington PA and Washington PA.

Gee golly whizzies, learn your geography.

SNOWED ABOUT 6-8 INCHES HERE LAST NIGHT AND TODAY. damn caps. couldn't get my big snowblower working, small one in the shop. Borrowed one from the neighbor and did mine and hers. This afternoon was finally able to get my big one started. too late. but ready for next time. High of 9F next 3 days, likely cold after that too

Should I put on a light jacket when I go out? Coin toss. Depends on how long I am planning on being out and doing what.

A Brand New Storm is hitting the northern Pacific Coast and should bring rain to Southern California, Thursday - Friday.

Late Sunday, it should be stormin' in the EA :hearthrobLand. Read me now and believe me later.

In other words, "Winter! Y'guys haven't seen nothin' yet".

Or more modern, "Winter is coming". 😄

Mid forties to high sixties here. Clouds move in and out.

Much nicer than the dryness of El Ninozilla last year.

Wolfie ;)

Are YOU ready for your flash flood Thursday Night - Friday Morning ?

CBS News did an "ain't it cold" weather story just outside Minneapolis.

Imagine how they will feel maybe, Sunday, when our Thursday - Friday system hits them. colder, coldest, . .

It feels cold although it is 60F.

I mean sometime a 60F can be shirt weather and sometimes it is jacket weather. This is jacket.
