Yes you want as small a needle as you can, but you also want to inject down into the center core of the testicle. Insulin needles are the smallest you will find, but are usually only 1/2" long. My nuts were reasonably large to start, and I needed 1" long needles. 25 gauge was the smallest I could easily get my hands on. But those worked fine for me as long as you injected slowly and made sure all pressure was off the syringe when you pulled the needle out. A bit of light pressure on the injection site will also help prevent leakage.

Balls #11. I'm in a hotel as I type and I thought, I have time and I'm not been observed and it's been three weeks or so since balls #10 so I thought perhaps I should give it another go, just to make sure those little T machines are dead and they are lying down. I always planned to do up to 12 injections. So I did it again, 1ml of vodka in each nut. And apologies for the language, it fucking hurt for a good 40 minutes. It's very easy to forget how much pain there is. It's waning now. It's certainly not easier as the balls get smaller as there's less volume to inject into. This is so routine, it's nothing special. I would only say to others that if you like pain, then you'll be in for a treat. I also received my first vials of depot estradiol valerate (E) and did my first injection of 10mg. The injection route is more effective (they say) than gels, which is what I have been using. Moreover, the E injections only need to be done every 1 or 2 weeks. I stuck it in my gluteal (ass) muscle on the right after reading up on injection sites and techniques. If anyone can inject balls, they won't have any trouble injecting E into their ass. It's really easy and doesn't hurt all all. It's been a few days but I think my boobs are bigger. All good.

Please be sure that castration for the rest of your life is what you want...This method does work..it took about 3 years though. Pain at times, patience is needed to hang in there for that long..Being a eunuch is sooo much different than in any fantasy. I am not sorry, but, there are sacrifices that you make by doing this. I am lucky! I had health insurance to help me at the end of this journey. One the shrinkage of the testes and the low T is discovered by a doctor it gets expensive...fast. The end result was surgical removal of both testicles in a hospital by a real doctor. I am more happy without T than I ever was with it..but it is not a cure all..

Balls #12. It's been some time since my last post on this subject. I decided that I needed to inject my balls again to try and make sure they are not producing T. I had forgotten the pain but I know it will be over soon enough. I numbed myself beforehand with some wine then slumped in bed with the pain. Pain was not enough to wake me up. Over the past 6 months or so, I've been continuing with my E injections with regularity. I think my balls are still not dead but they are severely damaged. I have sex drive under the right circumstances but I am totally in control. Orgasms are relatively weak but there's greater emotion. There's no sperm so I think I'm sterile and now effectively a eunuch. I've seen reports that people have very small nuts after this process. My balls are still quite big so that is a disappointment. I was hoping they would disappear. But anyway, it's been an interesting experience. I might do another injection sometime but I do not feel a real urge to kill the nuts as much as I did before. I'm on E so I think this is surpressing T quite well judging by my boobs. Not too bad.

Hi all, new to this for sure. I am a middle aged male with an established family. My wife is great and I love her deeply. However, she has recently gone through menopause and the sex has dropped of significantly over the last few years. The kids are old enough to interfere with intimacy, work and life is hectic, and the hormonal changes swinging like mad. My drive has actually increased, while ability to satiate it stunted to little more than a manual release.

I decided I wanted to give this a go. I know everyone has different reactions so here are some quick details for mine.

10 days ago I injected 1cc of Vodka into my testicle. There was a dull ache for a day and no real pain. It was absolutely intense though. The rush I felt was amazing. I loaded a 25g needle with 2ccs, removed any air, and sat for 15 minutes trying to get the nerve to do it. Finally I took some alcohol on a swab to clean the scrotum. I slowly manipulated the testicle tight against the inside and slowly started

to insert the needle into the

distal end. I drove it to what I thought was the middle. I slowly tried to pull back on the plunger to ensure no blood. I must admit I was shaking like a leaf! With no blood I slowly started to inject the alcohol. I meant to do at least 1.5 and maybe all 2ccs. When I got to 1 though, it was starting to feel uncomfortable and i was still shaking like mad. I could not believe it - I was actually doing this!. Reducing the pressure, I slowly removed the needle and tightly held the spot for a few seconds. The feeling when it was out was amazing, I had done it. Things were underway and there was not going back.

I cleaned up and sat for the next hour working. Over the next day or so there was a dull ache but no real pain. There was a small 1/4 inch bruise I assume caused by the shaking that had formed on my scrotum. This disappeared within 2 days.

The thought of waiting started to drive me nuts. I kept reading all I could find on the subject and kept thinking and actually missing the rush. 3 days later I could not stand it any more. The decision was made to try Everclear. In my reading I have read about 3 things typically used. Vodka, Everclear (high proof alcohol), and CaCl. I thought I should try each in ever increasing ways to see what the differences are..

I loaded up 1cc Everclear. Again I had to talk myself into the actual act physically, but emotionally I could not wait. I repeated the steps, but this time I did not drive it as deep. Slowly I looked for blood, and then moved forward with the plunger. All 1cc was in and I slowly removed the needle. A small spurt of blood followed out the scrotum, but with a quick pinch it was over without issue. Within an hour there was some swelling. I had not experienced that with the earlier Vodka shot. For the next 24-36 hours the swelling was noticeable, but not overly obvious. The ache set it within a few hours. Over the next week, I had serious pain. Walking hurt, laying hurt, sitting hurt, and definitely manipulation hurt! It was like being kicked in the sack. My stomach above the testicle ached, my back ached, and the testicle definitely hurt. I used some underarmour briefs that are form fitting, but not overly tight or with any constricting lines of material like briefs have to help support the boy. This made things better for sure.

A week after it now and I am starting to want to do another. The pain is still there but very diminished.

After my research I had thought it would take numerous injections to see physical changes. However, I can tell that the needle did not hit the middle of the testicle. I have an approximately 1/4 nodule that has developed on the distal end of the testicle. It is hard and noticeably different from the rest of the testicle. Amazing, one shot of Everclear to see real physical results!

I am now wondering do I dare proceed with CaCl next? Do I go back to Vodka? Should I just keep on with Everclear? I do know that next time I need to ensure I go deep enough.

Ideally I would like to get them removed and I think at this point a doctor would have no problem determining there is an obvious abnormality that would need attention. Do I keep going until the entire testicle is involved or so I stop and go to the Dr now?

I am not sure where to go next. I am going to take the weekend to reflect and determine my next steps. For sure there is no going back and the desire is burning within to go forward.

I could not wait anymore. I loaded up .5 CC CaCl and 1 CC of Everclear. This time I did two different spots/angles using half of the amount in each. The pressure built and it feels like someone is squeezing it hard. No immediate stinging pain, but definitely achy. Swelling seems to be starting and it feels warmer to the touch than usual.

There are several family men out there such as myself who reduced their T for similar reasons. My story is almost exactly like yours. Starting on chems may be a good first step as there is no coming back once your T is lowered with ethyl alcohol incectionsI I was on Depo Provera then Androcur for four years before we decided to make it permanent using ethyl alcohol.

In my case, even though my testicals were very small and non functioning, both my doctor and the urologist she referred me to said there was no need for removal. That said, the goal was low testosterone and it is nice not having to take hormones to do that.

today I injected almost 3ml each testicle of 80 proof alchohol.... been a while and i was beginning to have white ejaculation again so really wanted to do this. It was painful but I restricted blood with a lace and this seems to help. Also wrapped baby wipes around the sack to hold it in place before removing the lace after everything was done. I feel great to have this again after so long.
