Ball injections #5. 1ml of Absolut Vodka again. My technique is improving, not very accurate, somewhat nervous but less than previously. Balls don't seem to be smaller although one could be smaller. Moderate pain in the first few minutes after injection but subsiding after 20 minutes or so to a bit of a dull pain. It's always nasty on the right side, left side much easier. Dull ache during the night that woke me up at 2am - stayed up 30 minutes with 2 glasses of red wine as anasthesia. I can handle the balls but some parts seem to hurt more than others - perhaps the injection site is the only pain. No trouble getting an erection. Is this actually doing anything? My boobs seem more inflated. It must be doing something if my boobs are growing. With only E flowing around, I should make really strong progress. I am worried about my hair still as it looks like it is coming out. That's an unexpected consequence. However, it could simply be because it's longer. My facial hair is growing more slowly perhaps. The electrologist will suffer a bit trying to find some to kill. Balls #6 next week.

I have reached my goal of 15 1ml 96.5% injections today. They are both about 50% smaller, hard and I get severe hot flushes unless I take some estrogen to ease them up. I still get erections with some effort and I can ejaculate a small watery amount. I get horny when I want to....

After 3 1/2 years of injecting I had a Testosterone test. I am at 251. This is down from 680 when I started. I am disappointed but still hopeful. I will just keep going since I know it works....just very slow. My Doc wants me on T replacement, but I am asking him to please look into why it has crashed to 251. He does not seem concerned but I want to have an ultrasound...maybe this will lead to surgical castration. I HAVE to get my T lower than 251....My sex drive is gone, lots of muscle weekness and fatigue, no morning erections, but still have some ability to become erect and orgasm...wish me luck!!!

Balls #6. Another 1ml in each ball. I realise now much of the pain is the needle getting through the outer lay of the sac cover the balls. My balls are perhaps 75% of the size now but when one takes into account all the cords and everything, it all seems much more down there for that smooth look. Pain is tolerable. I know now from experience it will last about 12h but not enough to stop me doing stuff. Boobs sensitive and growing but still extremely concerned about hair loss. The injections have become almost routine. Like taking a pill. I believe I had a hot flush this afternoon which means it might be working. I upped my E intake by 1mg. This seems to work. I cna get an erection without much effort but almost completely clear fluid on orgasm, no obvious semen. It's also a very "female orgasm" and extremely intense - what's not to like. I can see how women like the soft touch and the longer foreplay. It's well worth it. But erection quite strange considering reducing T. Didn't notice any cock reduction but definitely balls pulled up more towards the body which helps hide the genitalia. Balls #7 next week if I can stand it.

Balls #7. On the spur of the moment, and because of opportunity, I decided to advance balls injecting one day. This was a rough one. Balls seems reduced in size making it harder not to hit something nasty like a cord. Had at least 3 false starts on each testicle. As usual, the right hand one very difficult with a lot of pain. Took over 7 minutes to get 1ml into the right but much less into the left. Tips from FetLife web site suggest injecting on the lower half. This is a good tip. Other important tips is to make sure you get a good hold of the ball before injecting so that there's no real gap between the ball and the scrotum. Needle can then slide on through without too much pressure. Surface of the balls seems harder to penetrate and really everywhere seems to be painful. Once the needle is in, it's not bad. I think this might mean some decrease in the testicle sensitivity as I've read it gets easier as the balls die. Left hand ball also playing up. Had to withdraw the needle as I must have hit a vein - blood in the syringe on pull back before injecting. Used a new needle and new shot of vodka. I tried to video the injection but had trouble with the camera so didn't get it all, just 7 minutes, no real detail and me swearing and grunting a lot. One thing is that it seems that there's a delay between injecting and feeling the effect, at least 3 days before there's a drop in T - hot flushes suddenly increase for a day, then go away, presumably as the body stabilises to reduced T. I don't know if I can do balls #8 next week. The pain is quite high now and perhaps I should increase to say, 2 weeks between injections. I just don't know if even balls #8 is really needed. As I type, the pain like being kicked in the nuts is starting. As usual, it's always on the right hand side and it will last up to 12h but it's not that bad. I did notice pain on the left during the left hand injection. Highly unusual for that side to have any real sensation. Still, relieved balls #7 is some progress and past the 1/2 way point of my anti-T, no balls project. Boobs seem just the same although breast buds more painful than usual. Could be a result of my extra 1mg E per day. We'll see about next weeks ball fun.

As your testicles atrophy and stop producing testosterone, your estrogen levels will increase and yes, your boobs will then grow. This breast growth is the result of aromatase activity. Aromatase is actually an enzyme that helps manufacture estrogen. Without testosterone being produced by your testicles, the aromatase enzyme begins to create more estrogen. All eunuchs develop some breast growth, some more than others. Without any androgens, your boobs should develop to the size of most of your female siblings or family members.

Balls #8. I didn't even realise it was already Balls #8 as I'd lost track. This was a really difficult session. The balls seem to be much smaller, cords the same size. Things must be working because getting the needles in is really hard work and the pain is becoming too much. It's that covering over the balls. This is where the pain comes from. Penetrate that barrier and with the needle in the ball, there's suprisingly little pain. Interestingly, the hot flush started almost immediately after balls #8. This must be the dying days of two unwanted testicles. When I withdrew the needle, there was more blood than expected, despite the pullback before injection of the vodka. It surprised me and made me wonder if I'd got the thing in the wrong place. However, I think it must have been surface blood vessels on the outside of the testicle. My boobs are in overdrive. I've made more progress in 2 months than I have in the past 18 months. It's just so nice. It all seems to be coming together now, with the right dose of E and no active balls. I intend to lay off on the injections for up to a month to see how it pans out. It's now about 4h since the ball injection and pain is now returning. I expect in around 3 days, another bout of hot flushes. It's all nasty stuff but I just hope it is worth it. Once again, some strange consequences. I feel incredibly sexy and could shag anything in pants. So much for lower libido. I think E must be just as much a driver for sex the same as T. When I mean shag, I mean a nice shag, not a rough one but I'd take anything I could get. Horny as hell. How strange.

Update on next day, 24h after balls #8. Backache and oddly, a cough, severely tired and also feeling spaced out. This is the worst it has been after vodka injection. Feel like I could sleep for a week. Just taken my nightly dose of E to see if that revives me. Boobs growing still. Balls can be handled but I think they are swollen. I think they must be about 50% of the original size. Lets see what tomorrow brings.

I'm already on E gel, so any extra that comes from not having the androgen feeback loop, would seem by your description that I should reduce my E, rather than increase it, since there's no longer any competition. Am I right?

Finally!!!! After my visit with an endocrinologist today he referred me for a testicular ultra-sound!!!! I sure hope this is the beginning of the end of my testes. I have a question:

What do I need to say or do now to help my chances of getting them removed? I have worked too hard for this moment to pass without results. Does anyone have advice or past experience? He said that they were very small and kept asking me if I ever took steroids....Of course I have not. I need them removed for my life to be complete. When he gets the results of the ultra-sound is there anything I should say to help my case for removal? Please advise, I feel so desperate right now!!! Help.
