Do not reinject they will continue to shrink it keeps working if proper amount was used you inject too much now you will probably have leakage and you don’t want that I know.

After two CaCl2 injections mine ha
eir original volume and are both hardened masses. Others have reported that they will continue to shrink as the body processes the dead tissue. I'd like to have them removed eventually but just being rid of T and substituting E has left
me in a really good place so I'm not rushing the process.

Yes, I'm aware that cancerous cells are a significant risk, so I'd prefer being castrated sooner rather than later.

regarding removal, what arguments can i use if doctor does not reccommend orchi. i am waiting for an MRI at the end of week and for doctor's conclusion.
my stats: 3mo after initial CaCl2, 70% of my testicles are a hard mass, T level was 135 2 wks ago and dropping, both testicles have shrunk in size to about 60% of original.
those of you who had them removed, did you have 100% of testicles as a hard mass? what qualifies them best for removal? Removal is my goal.

Results are back from my doctor.
Some calcification in the testicles but they are fine...
I have injected 1-2ml of 99.9% vodka 20+ times per testicle o.
I have done CaCL solution with 99.9% vodka 3 times in each testicle in the space of a year.
Still nothing.
This has all really upset me as there has been a LOT of pain experienced and it all seems to have been for nothing.

Something similar happened to me. I spent 3 years and a half to see significant results, and even so there is a tinny production of T (no adrenal) produced.

I did two sets of CaCl2, and 4 months later, the MRI came back with:
left testicle 2.9 x 2.1 x 2.6 cm, right testicle 2.6 x 2.2 x 2.4 cm. Both testicles have irregular and ill-defined low T2 signal abnormalities seen throughout
parenchyma. Postcontrast sections demonstrate heterogeneity with areas of ill-defined and irregular nonenhancement. In the left testicle, there is a more focal area of signal abnormality measuring 17
x 10 mm. There is some increased ill-defined T1 signal within both testicles. They recommend a repeat MRI in 6 mo.
What would you do in my place? Inject more CaCl2? I feel they stopped shrinking. Testosterone levels were at 135 a month ago and will test again end of May.

I'm currently experiencing a similar thing where I have to keep coming back for scans (it is frustrating).
If it was me, I'd do one more shot of 1ml in to each of them one last time (how much did you initially put in?).
If the needle won't go in all the way because they are hard I'd either try another angle or just abort.
But that is me and I'm not suggesting that it is something you should do

.

how much did you initially put in?.
first time 1ml each
second time 0.75ml each
size of my testicles was large to begin with, though i do not have the numbers. new size measured by this MRI, i feel is 60% of initial volume.
i will wait 2 wks for new testosterone level check, to see if CaCl2 is still working, and to see if levels are still dropping.

Hi everyone. I consider using using CaCl soon. I have had a bad experience with elastrator which ended up with double-sided varicocele. I feel kinda stressed about that, so I'm looking for someone who could assist and mentally support me. Feel free to PM me if you want to help.
I have a general question. How long can CaCl/Ethanol solution be kept in sealed container? I know it's best to do injection right after making solution, but it may be too stressful, so I'd like to break injection task into sub-tasks if possible.
