It depends on what your goals are. Are you looking to get better control of your thought processes without the drive? Is 150 enough? Might 100 be enough, while still having them in place, or do you mainly want them physically gone? A lot of people use this to cause enough damage to get a urologist to remove them. I can tell you, anywhere is the region of a typical dose will have a surgeon looking to remove at least one for biopsy (they don't do needle biopsies because of the lymphatic drainage there - they remove the testicle then have pathology check for cancer). But if you plan on TRT and just want your own control of levels, that's another version.

My single ball dropped very quickly from about 600ng to about 250ng in the first month, then down to 17ng two months later, but didn't finish shrinking (about the size of an irregular marble) until about 9-10 months in. I left it in place.

In short, what it means really depends on what you want from this. 152ng in the morning already means that while you have some production, you're not going to be driven by T any more - and it certainly, without any question, will continue to drop.

A study on dog sterilization using CaCl2 in ethanol by Leoci and colleagues showed a result similar to what MadScience has experienced. Testosterone dropped a bit more than half in the first two months (from about 700 ng/dl to 300) but continued to decline over the next four months by almost another factor of two. No recovery was noted 12 months from injection. So the bottom line is to have patience. You probably didn't kill all the T-producing cells right away. It continues because apoptotic degeneration works that way.

Two months my levels are 152 and testicles are about 50% original size, nipples are always hard and raised, breasts 'slightly' more plump, cock still gets hard.

My end goals are: to have the testicles removed, start taking estrogen, some more breast growth, and get to a point where there are no erections.

I started seeing a urologist last week and next step, i am scheduled for an ultrasound at end of March. The testicles are both about 70% hard and the rest soft. I wondered if i should have waited more before seeing a doctor, or re-injecting the soft parts. Your advice is .. to wait.

the doctor asked me to take a retest of my levels a week after first one. results are in. i dropped from 152 to 135 in one week. this last test was 2.5 months after first CaCl2 injection.

At end of March i am schedulef for an ultrasound. As mentioned before, my testicles are about 75% hard mass, the rest are soft. they are 50% of otiginal volume.

should i have waited till my testicles were 100% hard? should i reinject the soft parts? what was you experience with ultrasound and shape of your testicles(hard vs soft). my end goal is to have them removed.

Generally speaking, any hard mass that can't be ruled out otherwise, even pea-sized, is considered grounds for biopsy. But for testicles, biopsy isn't done by needle because lymphatic drainage goes to the front and rear of the abdomen and possible cancer cells could escape, so they automatically perform a radical orchiectomy - cut into the abdomen and reel it in, suture and remove it to avoid contamination. Then it goes to the pathologist. The problem with that approach is, a surgeon typically doesn't want to deprive you of both so they will typically only remove one for pathology, to be conservative. If that doesn't prove cancerous, they will follow the path report and leave the other alone.

Not nessarilly I had one removed on January 10 2019 they open the scrotum and cut open the testicle for a biopsy and closed it then sent it to the pathology lab and when the results came back it was calcified and necrosed they remove it interlingually and on March 21 2019 are going to remove the left side because it's lumpy, hard and small. I did calcium chloride injections on December 29 2018 and they have been no wiser why it's happened.

Status update.

on the 01/09/2016 I had a testicle scan and the measurements were as followed (all in cm):

Left: 2.8 x 1.9 x 4.3, total volume 12ml. Right: 2.5 x 1.8 x 4.8, total volume 11 ml.

I then did CaCl injections in to both testicles 3 times over a 4 month period.

On the 20/03/2019 I had a testicle scan and the measurements were as followed (all in cm):

Left: 2.38 x 1.25 x 3.90, total volume 6.09ml. Right: 1.75 x 1.43 x 4.01, total volume 5.23ml.

After two CaCl2 injections mine have also shrunk by about half their original volume and are both hardened masses. Others have reported that they will continue to shrink as the body processes the dead tissue. I'd like to have them removed eventually but just being rid of T and substituting E has left me in a really good place so I'm not rushing the process.

doctor just reviewed my ultrasound. i have not seen it yet and i dont know exact size, numbers etc. they said is massive scarring of my testicles from a previous infection yrs ago with signs of calcification and reason for my very low T production (135).

now i am scheduled for MRI for a more detailed picture.

so i am 2mo after my injection. will the testicles continue to shrink? could the doctor decide to just leave them in place? how does one convince the doc to recommend orchiectomy? complaints of pain? more injections? getting the testicles smaller and a complete hard mass?
