After much research and thought I've began this journey like most of you.

In Australia I found Polish Spiritus Ethyl Alcohol which is 96% (190 proof?). I get needles from large pharmacy chains by asking for 'Sharps Packs'. So far no questions asked and no botter asking for this.

So it's been nearly 3 weeks so far, early days I guess, by here is a brief summary.

Injected 1ml into each testicle. Mild swelling and mild to moderate ache in the lower abdominal area.

24 hours later I felt pretty good with the pain gone and only minor swelling. I decided to inject 3ml in to each testicle.

As I'm using 1ml syringes, each 1ml is injected in to a different region of the testicle. I figure this is good practice so that the alcohol spreads a greater area.

This time the ache is more moderate but still bearable. The testicles also swelled up to probably 4 times their size.

Despite all this my libido became quite high. Perhaps it was the tight swollen heavy feeling in my balls.

Four days later things were settling down pain and swelling wise, and I couldn't help myself to inject again.

This time only 1.5ml into each. Pain wasn't too bad and swelling less than the previous time.

Another 4 days later and the swelling and pain was all gone. Both testicles were feeling numb and lumpy and hard in places.

It appeared that things were starting to work.

I injected another 3ml into each side. Only mild pain and little swelling this time.

I let a week pass this time as I wanted to see how things settled down. By this stage there was no pain and no swelling.

No reduction in size yet, but both are quite hard, lumpy and numb. Although left has slightly more feeling than the right.

I could only manage 2ml each this time. It seems it's starting to get harder to get the fluid in.

I guess 3 weeks is still too early to feel any affects of lowering T, or even size reduction.

They are however keeping up high in the sack now which is quite nice.

Reading through these pages it seems that shrinkage only occurs some months after stopping injections. Thoughts on this?

Is the affects of lowered T delayed also, that is does it take weeks for the affects to kick in despite the testicles being quite damaged.

Hi good luck with the injections, I am also using Polish Spiritus and have done about five injections so far after doing about thirty using Smirnoff 80 proof , the Polish stuff has made a real difference and I love the warning on the website I got it off saying what potent stuff it is.

I would say my right testicle has shrunk by about half since doing them over a period of a month, the left remains the same size although is much harder. I am injecting about half of what you are though as mine were quite small to begin with and cant take much more than 1ml at most

For the assistance of others - I started a week ago with a test of 1cc in one - and then 1/2 an hour later topped up to around 1.8cc all up in each. (prep loss from 1cc needles)

I wasn't in too much pain after 6 hours. I wouldn't bother even with a panadol - although I did use lido on the injection sites. I did barely feel them and the actual injecting part (not inserting the needle part) was actually quite pleasureable. I seem to get really erect for ages afterwards and I have been leaking clear fluid immediately after for a day or so.

I went for my second time last night with spiritus and I may have erred with my left one. I got a 3hour attack of the hot/cold sweats, felt unwell, malaise or very mild lack of mental capability/focus etc. I did not feel endangered enough to go to a hospital but I was impacted sufficiently that I was going to prevent sleep to monitor myself (which is pretty easy in the situ!). I don't really think the alcohol got into my blood. I did not feel any way affected by alcohol. It was more like a fever. No cardiac or blood pressure issues. Obvious capillary issues.... I was wondering if was just my body's attempt to limit blood flow to the testicles by closing down all the peripheries etc.

Should I expect this in future? Have I erred in technique or do you think I may be encountering a problem?

Don't worry - I won't be hesitating to seek professional help if I think I need to. I definately would have done so today if I had persisting symptioms - which were in my case not unlike a severe infection.

Has anyone managed to obtain 2ml 29G needles? It's a pest to have to go twice. They feel really full after 2 - do you think 1cc of 95% is enough?

I have no continuing symptom (except my twins are dying! :>)

Regarding your symptoms, your body has many defenses against injury and foreign bodies and it is possible your body reacted even without an actual infection. Alternatively, you may have actually been on the verge of fainting -- prior to fainting people can feel a lot of sick-like symptoms.

Regarding 2ml 29G needles, you should just buy the type of needles and syringes that come separately. You should be able to put a 29G needle onto various size syringes, I think including larger ones like 3cc.

I think we are all different and have different reactions, I did at least 30 using Smirnoff 80 and felt nothing was happening at all, they remained the same size and felt exactly the same, The Spirytus I changed to when I finally found it on the internet here in the UK made a real difference, they changed very quickly maybe the other injections had started the process and this finished it, I have done about ten so far, I only inject 1ml at most I find more than this it leaks back into the scrotum and causes a painful burning sensation but mine were small anyway and have gotten smaller so need to inject less. I use a 25 gauge needle with a 2.5ml syringe with no problems and find it easier now they are getting harder. For me doing the injections aren’t pleasant, I sweat and feel sick and shaky doing it but it is a means to an ends for me and the only option available to me at the present time and I mentally prepare beforehand, I get a little discomfort but nothing needing pain killers and its gone within half an hour I find on the evening after I don’t sleep well but this could be more mental than physical, I have been on androcur for over a year at 100mg a day and was getting some side effects which weren’t pleasant but now I have reduced down to 25mg a day with no increase in my sex drive and the side effects have gone so it is working and will come off the androcur in a month. I plan on about 5 more injections and will see if that is enough.

this Polish Spiritus does work as I have used and I got the out come that I was looking for, to have both of them removed.

I to did have some pain a couple of time injecting, most of the time I tried to inject 1.5mls a couple times there I could only get in 0.2 mls and I was in lots of pain and then the next time I could get 1.5 in with no worries.

All I can say is take it slow and use around 1.5 each time and give it a spell in between and let your body time you have much you need to do.

Hi All, I have followed this exceptionally long thread for a long time. I have embarked on this journey:-

Day One: I injected my left testicle at 17:45 with 1ml of 96.5% vodka, it was surprisingly easy and there was no great pain, just a slight discomfort. after a few minutes I got a stich like pain going towards my kidney which was quite unpleasant and I felt a little nauseous. The discomfort in my groin made it difficult to walk. I rested and after an hour and a half the pain subsided.

My testicle is not swollen, but it is painful and tender even now some hours later. 22:00

I had to go shopping at 19:30 which was ok, I took it slow.

There was a dull ache in my kidney, but this has gone now. It is still difficult to bend and walking slowly is ok.

What I have learned is that you need at least 2-2.5 hours to become mobile and I would not recommend doing both testicles at once, or you certainly would not be able to walk easily, I think you would struggle to hide it. I reckon with a few hours rest you could do one at a time. Probably do the second testicle a few days later.

My left testicle is probably not fully functional because of the Orichitis I suffer from.

I have no doubt that the 96.5% alcohol definitely lessens the pain and discomfort.

The sensation of pain goes up the inguinal canal/cord to the kidney and it was a bit frightening, I had a conference call at 6:00 pm and that first 30 minutes of the call was difficult.

I took 2 cd-dydramol after injecting, I am due 2 more at 22:00 which I will take for the anti inflammatory properties.

I have a dull ache in my testicle, which is no worse than my usual Orichitis pain. I have slight pain in the inguinal canal area.

24 hours later all pain is gone and I have a slight tenderness in the testicle. I am going to wait 3 days before doing it again.

I will start on the right testicle on the 11th June. Reason I am meeting a friend he wants to watch me inject…… all good fun, he wants me fully functional or firing on one cylinder at least!!!
