I'm definitely ready to be done with this. Pain is pretty much a dull ache so far and managed just fine with Advil and Tylenol. It's hard to measure them because the cords are also swollen.

Two days post-injection and swelling continues, but pain is still very bearable. Right testicle now 2x original size. This is pretty fascinating. Hopeful that balls are done for.

Swelling has subsided so they're back down to their original size. Now to see how much they shrink. I'll have my Testosterone tested in a couple of months to see if I'm functionally castrated.

2 months after CaCl2 injections, i am noticing breast growth. not sure how to measure but is visible under a shirt.

i am not taking any hormones. my goal is not a feminine body, just in reduction of T.

anybody else can share how much growth should i expect? can it be stopped, or reverted? exercise, diet? for now i dont want to get T replacement. any experience, advice?

We all make a little E from our adrenals. Seems you are now missing the T from your pickled testicles to negate its effect.

Some eunuchs grow breasts, some not or not so much. YMMV.

I guess you could ask your medical folk about tamoxifen, or similar, to block the effect of E on breasts.

-Or, as the growth is usually not great, just enjoy being eunuch-shape. IMHO it feels very good!

they dont destroyed completely no matter how much you injected, It´s my final conclusion maybe at 95%, but not completely

Even though a lot of our experiences around CaCl castration have contributed to making it a safer, easier method, this one thing seems to get lost: CaCl2 is NOT meant to be a fast method. The minimum times for some people are around 4-6 weeks, but I see several months as a more common time, anywhere from 2 months to 10 months. But nothing is required after the first injection, provided it was done properly with enough strength.

CaCl is a strong salt. All it does is great a huge osmostic gradient (proportional to the % strength). That forcefully pulls all of the serous fluid out of the microscopic Sertoli and Leydig cells, causing them to literally burst (it's why it also draws in fluid and causes it to build up in the testicle until homeostasis is reached - hence the huge swelling). The capsule is a 'dry', fibrous tissue not affected by strengths you would inject. So once the 'meat' of the testicle is salted - well, you can't "un-salt" it, so it continues to damage the tissues over months and months - and it breaks the maintenance and repair processes that repair normally aged and damaged cells. Those chemical repair and signaling reactions simply don't work in a solution that salty.

So unless a very weak solution was used, or too little (the optimal range seems to be 1.0 to 1.5mL of 20-30% in ethanol - I did 1.1mL of 32% aqueous, so it was a little slow) over the months it will absolutely keep hammering away until there's essentially no T production left.

However, I do have my doubts that 20% is the ideal choice, and think that 30% in ethanol might be better to keep people from becoming impatient and trying to re-inject (bad idea), because of its faster work, while still being safe for the capsule.
