Hello all,

I tried my first injection last night and I had to stop.I used 190 proof everclear and only injected less than .1ml. More like .025 ml. I'm not sure what went wrong. All of a sudden I felt nauseous and hot, my vision started to go white and blurry, and my ears went deaf and started ringing. I thought I was going to pass out. Has this ever happened to anyone else? Is it possible to be caused by the injection or did I simply almost faint? I don't have a history of fainting at all but I suppose watching myself stick a needle inside my testicle could have done the trick.

Actually, that sounds like fainting. Quick search on web of what you feel when fainting gave the following:

Dizziness or feeling lightheaded

Confusion

Nausea

Sudden trouble hearing

Tunnel vision or blurred vision

Sweating

Flushed or pale color

Feeling hot

Weakness

Trembling or shaking

Eye shaking (nystagmus)

Headache

Shortness of breath

I did come across that which led me to believe that it was a good possibility. However, I wasn't sure if it were possible for those same symptoms to have been caused by the injection itself, despite the fact that I barely injected anything. I'd like to try again...this time with a stronger stomach and more prepared. But I'd hate for it to not have been fainting, have it happen again, and this time have a stroke. That's a very extreme outcome and I don't really see it happening but I can get paranoid. I can't seem to find anything on the forums of anyone else getting those symptoms though.

So I found it hard to inject for some time because it was hard to get the needle in and would give a strong dull pain an i thought that was going to really hurt later. Tried today and just put up with the pain... i in jected into the hard part of each testicle and at first was hard to push the fluid in but after a bit it went ni easily and the feeling was actually really nice. Did three in jections in each testicle of 0.8ml each. The testicles feel properly hard now and hoping this will help finish them off.

Sometimes if you hit the nerve it can about knock you over or cause one to become nauseus. That can happen but the odds are small as it is a very small target.

As an update to my earlier post, I started my third antibiotic this weekend. The last two days my left testicle has hurt terribly. It's still swollen the size of a lemon. My right is still very small and seems to hurt, too, but that may just be spillover from the left because the left hurts so much. I'm very anxious about my visit to the urologist on Thursday (my third) because I will insist that he does something about them. I'm not sure if I request castration or wait for him to recommend it. Thoughts?

I think it would be acceptable to tell him you're totally frustrated and that you're not that attached to your testicles and would prefer just to have them removed than deal with any more pain or problems. Tell him also that you're not doing anymore antibiotics. If he recommends trying something else, just refuse and tell him you don't believe he's taking your suffering seriously. You might also tell him that you're o.k. with using a testosterone replacement after they're removed. I also read about a man who wanted his testicles removed and he told his urologist that he was so angry and tired of the pain that he was ready to cut them off himself if he didn't do it. The urologist eventually removed them, but not until the man showed up for an appointment with fresh bloody cuts around his scrotum.

Here is an update on how it went after last injections.

My testicles swelled a lot more than has happened me before and not sure if it's a reaction to the vodka or was an infection. It's more or less gone down already and not soar.

The other thing that happened but not sure how related they are is that i have pain in the left side around my bladder but it's getting better now also.

I think it's still worth it though but next time (fingers crossed) will be extra hygienic and stick to 1cc in each.

Thanks. Not sure if I've ever hit a nerve or not but if it's a sharp pain i move the needle to another point before injecting.
