The pain almost always lasts exactly three days. Not sure why, but after that period it just goes away. Until that point though it can be hellish and you wonder if you can last (and question "what if the pain doesn't go away").
Experiencing that kind of pain always reminds me to be empathetic to those that seek euthanasia due to chronic pain. When you're young you can almost always expect pain to go away, but if a person had such pain with no hope of it ending I can see it making your life a living hell.
Anyway, hang in there. Usually just around the time when you decide you can't take it any longer, it will go away. And it usually goes away completely -- balls will be hard and numb.
You where right about the three day pain. It's nearly gone now. A dull ache to a light pain remains.

I had my testosterone levels checked today and they came back at 2100 ng/ml anybody ever heard of this before I injected on the 29 of December
30 percent 1.5 ml each side. Is this common I'm still swollen and have pain also. Will be seeing urologist Wednesday.

2100ng/mL = 210ng/dL, which is very low, but not extreme. Once you drop under the 200 mark, that's the usual definition for 'testicular failure' range. That doesn't mean they've stopped working, it means they've stopped keeping you in even the lowest end of normal.
The adrenals can produce up to 100ng/dL so it gets hard to measure, but usually <30ng. For prostate cancer hormone ablation, under 50ng is considered chemically castrated. For bilateral orchidectomy, under 20ng is considered full physical castration level - though again, you can have zero testicular function, or even removal, but the adrenals can still contribute 10-100ng/dL. That's likely why at least some eunuchs can still get an erection to some degree without TRT, if not always fully hard, or able to maintain it, or continue to ejaculation.
(I'd be interested in hearing from some folks here who chose not to go the TRT route, what function they've kept, and if they've had their level tested)

Sounds like a defective test. I'd check it again for confirmation.

I'm tempted to take this route. Directly killing my testes. With no bailing out. However does it not hurt when you push the syringe into the testes?
Pain is my only concern, also if measures can be taken to ease the pain which according to everyone is three days in hell.
I have fairly small balls, so would a syringe of 1inch be to long? And what would be the smallest thickness effectively be?
To prevent leakage, the needle should be as thin as possible. I used a 1/2 inch 29G insulin syringe. Just get them as small as you can get, but definetely not larger than 25G.
Look up the anatomy of the testes online, To make sure you dont hit the Epidimys.
The needle going into the testes doesnt really hurt just a little pin prick.
For pain relief I used 2x500mg Paracetamol (aka Tylenol) with 400mg of Ibuprofen 3-4 times a day, works really well.
But be prepared for some pain, any kind of castration hurts like hell.

Half inch needle, that is equivalent to 12/13mm length. May I ask you about what size your balls were when you injected? Also what would be the best position to do it.
Looking at the pictures of how the balls is attached etc. It looks like I have to inject from the very front. Of the ball sack. Any recommendations on how you managed?
I only injected one of my testes. About 48x25x28mm (swelled up to nearly double the volume) Injected from the front side.
Check out SamKelleys posts on page 84-85, thats the method I used.
Ordered all the materials online.
Dont use anything else than consumable alcohol with an as high as possible alcohol percentage.
Ordered my alcohol from a bakery supply shop 96% grain alcohol.
Ordered these syringes (sorry site is in dutch, just to show you the type of syringes)

I'm having surgery tomorrow the urologist is removing the left epididymitis nerves vasdeferens and leaving the testicle with only artery and blood vessel right side looks like a complete removal thru the abdomen. In 2 months he said if I still had problems with the right testicle he would remove it. I guess it's another shot of
for the kill. It's worked pretty well for me so far but I already had 29 years of damage from chronic epididymitis it just put it over the top to get them to what I wanted done. Pharm test grade materials worked great for me. I shot on 12/29/18 and surgery is on 1/10/19 I used 1.5 ml each side of 30 percent calcium chloride dihydrate and benzine alcohol with bactrostatic water. It's worked like a charm but it causes extreme swelling and pain not for the faint of heart it really hurts bad but works fast the first time.

See my post from 12/23/2018 for a link to complete instructions used to sterilize dogs. There are several good videos on the subject. They injected lengthwise and I followed that recommendation. A single injection in the middle of the testicle would likely work just as well. I had very little pain using 20% CaCl2 . 2H2O in 95% ethanol, but this didn't finish them off so I'll need a second injection. I'm planning to use 30% next time.
