I’m experiencing only light swelling.

Pain varies from a dull ache to a light pain.

Took some pain medication before going to sleep, but slept surprisingly well.

This morning my teste was a little sore, but not too bad.

The middle is harder than before, the ends are still soft.

They say the first three days are the worst, if this is the worst, this is going to be an easy ride.

So far, it seems the “less is more” approach, is the way to go.

I'm planning to up my dose to 1.5 ml of 30% CaCl2 when I inject for a second time a month from now. I want to go a full six months since the first injection.
