I to have not injected anything for a year or more but I think I will try to do some more injections into the right testicle as it is still quite a bit larger than the left. I would like it to disappear into my canal like the left one does. I quit because I was having trouble getting any more vodka into them but will try to move the needle around a bit and see if I can find a spot that will take some more to drink.

For me, the smaller one is not retracting up into the canal.

The larger one is riding high.

RE : moving the tip of the needle to different spots, I made sure the tip of the needle inside the ball was as far away from needle insertion point as possible.

I also found that it was important for syringe to be completely empty prior to removal to reduce chance of any alcohol getting into the inner scrotum area.

Not emptying the syringe increased the risk that there would be leakage from the syringe into the scrotum, and OUCH, it burns horribly.

However Just because needle repositioning worked for me, or for anyone else, don't presume or assume it will work for you.

Obviously this entire process is risky. If in doubt, abort.

Even with all the information posted by others on the EA, I still needed to "feel my way" and "learn on the job" and "fine tune" the process for me.

FYI: When I do inject, sometimes the balls, even though dead and numb to begin with, double in size and the cords get sore and a small area of the ball will even sometimes get sore.

Takes about a week for the soreness to diminish and swelling to subside.

The temporary larger balls are amusing for awhile.

I have heard of others injecting up to 12 ml of saline solution into their balls just to enlarge them temporarily.

For the temporary pain Tylenol is usually sufficient, or sometimes a small zip lock bag of frozen peas helps in some situations.

In any event, I have never experienced any long lasting negative consequences from any injection or had to seek medical resolution.

I have been extremely careful to use sterile techniques, but of course even that won't help were I to accidentally inject into a wrong spot, which I have thankfully avoided doing.

The only medical resolution I want is some day is a diagnosis that they need to come out.

I have had nothing but bad pain coming from my left nut and some form the groin , it was making me have trouble sleeping, this is to much have to go and see the doc and also in my empty half sack on the right side I have noticed a ,lump about 6x10 mm long .

Went and got checked out by the doc she sent me straight away down for a scan see was thinking it might be a torsion of the nut, welling waiting around for 2 hours a the scan place a female told me to strip off form waste down and lay on the table, I must say all the staff from where I go has been very good and they jobs and that good to see.

Anyway they could find anything beside a “small left varicocele and the left hydrocele”

Well just have to wait and see the doc on Monday and put up with the pain until then. I Figure all this should help in getting the left one out.

If this is from the injection I don’t know what I did wrong but I abut I have to wait until all this goes down and I start again.

Small bag of frozen peas applied to the pain area periodically may help provide pain relief.

Also, very tight underwear, or other application, that will keep testes pushed up into the canal and not hanging in scrotum may help.

Dangling testes pull on the cords and if cords are in pain due to inflammation or swelling keeping them stored up high may help.

Hydrocele and variocele are not generally considered cause for castration; they are treated with antibiotics, or in extreme case, surgery to eliminate the cel.

Ultrasound scan that shows deformities or potential tumor would be cause for castration.

In any event, hope all goes well.

A word to anyone contemplating alcohol injection into testes:

Not injecting is of course the best way to avoid any risk of medical problems.

Each person must evaluate risk vs reward.

Make a decision on your own; don't let anyone else egg you on or encourage you to perform injection.

I learned from experience that injecting a small amount at first, and not going over 3ml per injection (2ml was best) worked best for me.

I learned to wait at least a week, or until all swelling and pain or sensitivity was gone.

i learned that going slow, being patient, worked well.

It took me almost six months to get to the point where my balls were small, hard, numb, dead.

i learned that injecting too much fluid caused pressure to build up inside and when the

needle was removed the alcohol squirted out of

the needle hole and into the scrotum which was exceedingly painful for a long time.

I learned that pushing the needle in as far as possible so that the fluid would be injected far from the needle hole was best

I learned to wait a few minutes to let pressure stabilize inside so that when the needle was removed fluid was less likely to squirt out of the needle hole .

I don't give advice on injecting. That would be I think medically and legally inappropriate.

To share what I did is not advice. Just what worked for me, which may or may not work for anyone else who is doing or contemplating doing this process.

I absolutely do not suggest or recommend you do what I did.

This is risky business.

But, I am glad i did. The result

was worth the risk for me; but it was and is a big risk.

Hello Baumwolle. I want to advice you that you have to make more time between injection because there is a danger with too much presion of the liquid in the testes. I think you could let a 7 to 10 days, even more, to absorb the the testes all alcohol inside them and to heal the injuries of the needle. When the swell has gone, it's time to do another injection. Please, don't run too much because it

's not safe and could be a rupture and we don't want this!

Having low-T, but not from this practice, let me answer you this:

Vulnerable? No. But vulnerable to what?

Get scared? No. Scared of what?

Frustrated - something entirely different. All the time, depending on what you mean. Frustrated with what, though?

Hello Everyone,

I have not posted in quite awhile. The injections have worked. My nuts are very small and are drawn up close to my body. I just had a blood test for my Plasma Testosterone levels is 75ng/dl. The doctor did a test called "Serum Testosterone Fraction".

Those results are not back yet. I am waiting for a more in depth discussion with my doctor. My sex drive is virtually gone.

I have not had any hot flashes in awhile and I feel good. I hope it stays that way.

sometimes if you wait a long time, there is no need to see a doc, the pain will just go away. I remember the first time I did injections and I only used 1cc, I had shooting pains in my nuts and then after 3 - 4 days it left.

Most pain will leave after a good week.
