There used to be a story called "Gypsy Curse" or something along that line that dealt with the story of a woman cursed to eat the clitorises and labia of her victims due to being cursed years before by her husband after being caught in bed with another woman.

There was also a French story that was written like a newspaper article and it dealt with a serial killer who was caught and because she had a large clitoris, had it cut off and the subsequent dealings with women at a prison getting their clitorises removed to get shorter prison sentences and a brothel being raided by police who then had the female workers' clitorises removed because of a city ordinance. I forgot the name of it and since I don't speak French, I can't remember exactly what it was called. Those were two of my favorit
